The default image for the lunch product should be the one from the
category (added an image on the categories).
In case there is no image either on the product either on the category,
in the kanban view there should be a specific image (fork and knife
image)
Added some data in order to always have something displayed in the
kanban view
Fixed the layout of the dashboard
Bug fix, in `_check_wallet` there was a flush missing
Bug fix, `product_id` should be a many2one, not an integer field and the
orm should be used in order to avoid problems when favoriting products

SearchPanel widget in kanban views has been introduced in commit
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/30517/commits/25c9355c02485e85914430188f3281246fc54cda.
But this feature was disabled for mobile.
This commit removes unneeded differentiation between desktop and mobile
for the SearchPanel.
It also adapt related tests to reflect this change.

This module didn't worked on mobile: user cannot select the products or
see their cart.
This commit reworks the LunchKanbanWidget template and introduces a
dedicated template for mobile. This template introduces a button at the
bottom of the screen to toggle the "cart" widget on mobile (hiding it by
default).
It tries to make the best use of the existing Bootstrap classes allowing
to have a more responsive layout and reducing the custom CSS required by
this module (both in desktop and in mobile).
This commit adds a decent JS tests-suite (mobile & desktop) to this
module as the existing one left substential parts of the UI untested
(opening wizard when clicking on a kanban record, cart's lines content,
clear cart button, widget structure and content based on the state...).
Those tests are also less based on DOM nodes order/tag names and use
instead dedicated classnames.
It also modifies the LunchKanbanRecord click handling to had a dedicated
event handler instead of overriding the default _onGlobalClick() and
make it more testable.

The Widget's init function is synchronous.
The 'then' will execute after the end of the function so
self.group_portal_id will not be set immediately.
Also, RPC's in the init function is really not a good idea, it should be
putted in the willStart.

Installing the 'lunch' module add css rules to the generic list view
styling, modifying the styling of all the list views by the simple fact
of being installed.
The goal of those rules is that in list view a table cell with the
o_text_overflow class should still be displayed as a table-cell (and not
a block/inline-block).
Without the lunch module a list view's cell with the o_text_overflow
class is narrower and break the alignment between this column and the
headers.
This commit moves the necessary rule (display property) to the web
module and apply them globally.
Remark: module's css rules shouldn't override globally the one from
'web'.

This rev. updates the 'New order' kanban view to make it use a
searchPanel.
Minor changes on the custom lunch_kanban view were necessary to
- obtain the desired layout,
- correctly combine the lunch widget (top bar) domain with the
searchPanel domain.

We would like to automatize lunch as currently all orders are manually ordered and validated,
and a cash move has to be manually created each time you want to credit the wallet of some user.
1/ In this commit we add a new widget that comes with the kanban view
and will allow to take orders in a friendly manner.
2/ We also add a lunch.supplier model this also allows you to configure an
automatic ordering via email.
3/ Introduces new lunch.location model to replace res.partner on suppliers
4/ New mail template for automatic ordering
5/ Add the concept of new products (mark a product as new until some date)
6/ The toppings are now defined by product category
7/ Lunch.order removed, lunch.order.line renamed into lunch.order
8/ New SQL report to get the wallet content (aggregate of lunch.cashmove and lunch.order)
9/ New setting to allow negative wallet (aka overdraft)
10/ Application now remembers what notes and toppings you last ordered with your product
11/ You can change your location using the widget on the kanban view
12/ Edition of the order can be done until the order is arrived

This rev. introduces robust helpers to use in the JS tests suite to
interact with DOM and components, and starts using them (almost)
everywhere.
All the helpers are exposed though testUtils.js.
There are 2 kinds of helpers:
1. Assertions
-------------
* assert.containsNone, containsN, containsOnce check that the DOM
(or a specific part of the DOM) contains a `selector`. It
generates a correct error message automatically.
ex: assert.strictEqual(form.$('.o_form_editable'), 1, "msg");
-> assert.containsOnce(form, '.o_form_editable');
* assert.isVisible, isNotVisible check that the DOM has an element
visible or not. They also check that the element is actually in
the DOM (before most tests didn't verify this).
* assert.hasClass, doesNotHaveClass, hasAttrVAlue, check specific
properties of a DOM element, and also validate that it is
applied on a single existing DOM element (before most tests
didn't verify this).
ex: assert.notOk(form.$('button').hasClass('btn-primary'));
-> assert.doesNotHaveClass(form.$('button'), 'btn-primary');
2. Utilities
------------
The goal of the utilities is to centralize the definition of many
standard components and interactions, ensuring that when we
refactor the JS framework, we do not need to change all the tests.
Existing mock utilities (addMockEnvironment, intercept, path,
patchDate, unpatch and fieldsViewGet) are moved to
'testUtils.mock.*'.
Existing DOM utilities are moved to 'testUtils.dom.*'.
New dom utilities are created for opendDatePicker, click,
clickFirst and clickLast. Helper `click` verifies that there is
exactly 1 element visible in the DOM you click on, `clickFirst`
and `clickLast` verify that there are more than one element on the
DOM.
ex: form.$('button').click();
-> testUtils.dom.click(form.$('button'));
New Form utilities: (testUtils.form.*)
clickEdit, clickSave, clickCreate, clickDiscard, all clicks on
the control panel buttons of the form.
`reload` reloads the form data.
New modal, graph, kanban and pivot utils (testUtils.pivot.*,
testUtils.kanban.*, etc.).
New fields utils: (testUtils.fields.*)
* editInput, editSelect: allow to change the value of a field,
using a selector to identify it. They validate that the input
exists and trigger the change event automatically.
* editAndTrigger: allow to modify a field and trigger specific
events after the value change
* many2one (testUtils.fields.many2one.*)
clickOpenDropdown, clickHighlightedItem, clickItem,
searchAndClickItem: use a field name instead of a selector and
do all the complex mechanism to open, filter and highlight
many2one fields.
Joint work with aab, dam, ged, mge, svs and vsc.
The '.badge' elements must now also use the 'badge-pill' class to get
the same style as before as '.badge' elements without it are meant to
replace the old 'label' component.
Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses:
Accessibility improvements forbids the use of the syntax
`<i class="fa fa-check"/> Some text`
to create a labelled icon. But, by this, some fonts are changed.
Desired behavior after PR is merged:
The old syntax can be used.
Today, Odoo is really tricky to use without seeing the screen, it must be improved to be usable.
This PR forbid to use labels without a "for" attribute, add some title, rule and aria attributes in HTML. With that, Odoo will be fully usable with a screen reader.
* [IMP] Labels must have a for attribute. Improve accessibility.
* [IMP] Better error message when trying to read a missing cached value
* [FIX] Add some aria-label and title attributes for screen readers.
* [FIX] Template name is not included in the error message in case of SyntaxError in QWeb
* [FIX] Improve the Tour failed at step error message to be more explicit.
* [IMP] Add aria-labels
* [FIX] Add missing aria-label on failing test
* [IMP] aria-hidden means hidden. Fix all bad aria-hidden and hide aria-hidden for all.
* [IMP] Color names on kanban views and many2many tags
* [IMP] Add some checks on views for accessibility.
* [IMP] Add `alt` attribute on `img` tags.
* [IMP] Add aria-label and title on non-described icons

Unlike LESS, SCSS variables are not lazy loaded. Our system has thus
to be updated. This commit creates new templates which are t-called
in assets bundles (to replace the old less_helpers template):
- web._assets_utils: regroups the mixins and functions which *can*
(and so should) be available in every asset bundle
- web._assets_primary_variables: regroups the variables (or mixins
used as variables) which *can* (and so should) be available in
every asset bundle
- web._assets_secondary_variables: same as above but provides an
environnement where all the 'primary' ones are accessible. This is
for example useful to handle the community/enterprise split:
// Community primary variables
$o-pink-color: pink; // enterprise color
$o-brand-primary: blue;
// Enterprise primary variables
$o-brand-primary: $o-pink-color;
// Community secondary variables
$o-my-darker-primary: darken($o-brand-primary, 5%);
=> If there was only one variable template, enterprise edition would
have been able to define its primary color at the end but the
darker primary would not have been updated. Using the "!default"
system and putting enterprise definition above would not have
solved the problem as the $o-pink-color would not have been
accessible.
- web._assets_backend_helpers: regroups the variables, mixins and
functions which *can* (and so should) be available in the backend
asset bundle only. This is especially (only?) useful for bootstrap
variables overriddes.
- web._assets_frontend_helpers: regroups the variables, mixins and
functions which *can* (and so should) be available in the frontend
asset bundle only. This is especially (only?) useful for bootstrap
variables overriddes.
Note: bootstrap variables are not accessible in any of those anymore.
If you have variables that should depend on bootstrap, you have 3
solutions:
- Find another way: your variable is probably useless, use bootstrap
variables directly or create a variable that will influence the
value of bootstrap variables. E.g. instead of declaring:
`$myvar: $bootstrapvar * 3`
and using $myvar alone, declare:
`$myvar: 3` and use `$myvar * $bootstrapvar` where needed.
- Declare a copy of the bootstrap variable and use that one. In that
case, you should also force-set the real bootstrap one to be sure
they match (this should be done in appropriate templates mentioned
above). E.g.
```
$o-boostrapvar: 5;
...
$boostrapvar: $o-bootstrapvar;
```
- Set your variable to null and set it to your bootstrap expression
in the file you will need it (where bootstrap variables are accessible)
without forgetting to add the !default flag to allow overriddes.
```
$myvar: null;
...
$myvar: $bootstrapvar * 5 !default;
```
This commit also partly changes the variable names to follow the
convention:
$o-<app_id>-<name> where 'app_id' is the current's app name or a
meaningful unique identifier ("theme" for all themes for example, as
no multiple themes can be installed).
Convert content so that the assets compile on app installation. The
style is still broken after this as the variables/mixins/... are not
defined in the right order (as it did not matter in LESS but does in
SCSS).
This commit basically changes:
- Variables: @var_hello -> $var-hello
- Mixins: .mixin_world() {} -> @mixin mixin-world {}
- Classes used as mixin: .my_class() -> @extend .my_class
- Here there were no other solution than to convert the use of
a mixin call by the use of an extend as a first approximation
- LESS functions -> SCSS functions (e.g. fade -> rgba)
- Move first variable definition before the variable is used
- Still need to make sure last variable definition is at the
right place
Since the new views merge, a lot of design elements were broken. This
was particularly impacting the fields in the editable list view; indeed
the editable list view is not using an inline form view anymore so the
fields in the list were not properly styled as the LESS was still
defined assuming the form view environment (for example the invalid
fields were red for o2m fields in form view but not in editable list
view even though they got the right CSS class).
This commit refactor the LESS following these rules:
- No more division of non-layout and layout rules. Dividing LESS rules
in x_layout.less and x.less was a mistake. Many rules can be
considered to be layout and not layout at the same time, developers
always have to switch from one file part to the other, many CSS
selectors (and rules!) are duplicated for nothing, ...
- Field style is extracted from x_view.less and put in the new
fields.less file. As before, the fields_extra.less will contain the
rules specific to community so that the enterprise repo can override
those by replacing the whole file.
- Many classes have been renamed so that o_form_x_y becomes o_x_y as
many classes can now be applied outside of form view. These classes
should not be used in templates anyway.
The commit also changes the DOM of fields so that it is more minimalist
(no useless parent div, etc).
Input elements are not automatically styled anymore, they have to get
the o_input class explicitely. This allows to fix lots of small style
bugs of previous versions (required monetary field had not the proper
style, readonly m2m tags appeared as editable, ...). This also improves
the LESS code.
The editable list view should also completely stop flickering on chrome
and firefox.
The commit also removes the orange outline on list view dirty cells.
The commit also removes deprecated static xml, LESS and other code.
Notice there are still styles to restore/fix and LESS to improve.
The new views and widgets (at least some of them) first landed
in web_studio (v10), and they we moved later to web, so changes
in web_studio need to be applied in web.
We replace a bunch of formatting and parsing functions by an object
(parse or format) which can be used to dispatch on the correct type. It
allows us to remove the format_field and parse_field functions.
Also, we camelcase our new code and add some comments.
This commit introduce a full redesign of all JS views. We started
basically from scratch. The goal was to unify all the various views
under a common framework, to make them testable, to make then usable in
different conditions (in studio, or in the frontend), and to make our
lives easier.
Some important points are:
- we introduced new coding guidelines (camelCase, 80 chars width, ...)
- we have a brand new testing framework (still QUnit based)
- kanban view moved to the web addon
- calendar view (formerly web_calender) moved to web as well
- the tree view was removed
- all new code should be documented
We hope that this code is the start of a new era for the Odoo web
client, we want to have a high quality codebase, well documented, well
tested, well designed.
Work done by the framework team: mostly aab, ged, chm, dmo, qsm
The JS widget is simplified, which a cleaner approach.
For the rendering part:
- the server reads the data
- the JS widget formats/organizes the data
- the template renders the data prepared by the widget
Quick summary of the modifications:
1. The associated field is a text field which contains JSON-encoded
data. The data are read server-side, and not client-side anymore.
2. The widget is an AbstractField, no need of ReinitializeWidgetMixin
anymore. No use of the FieldMonetary widget directly, but use a similar
format_value instead (inspired by ShowPaymentLineWidget).
3. Data formatting (call to format_value) is done in the widget, not in
the template anymore. This seems to be the standard way of doing, since
lunch was the only module where format_value was in the template and not
in the widget.
4. The addition of an order line is cleaner since all necessary data
are prepared server-side.
