Purpose of this commit is to give description more "business oriented"
because those descriptions appears in Odoo Studio which is supposed to be used by end users, not only by developers.

The menu wasn't correctly responsive. Now we always set the left and bottom border on the list elements, and remove them from the parent. This way the style will be correct even if the elements flex to the same line on some screen size.

Flow
====
Have one model field responsible of telling when the sales order has to be signed or paid to avoid inconsistencies.
The general rule is: sign & pay are only used upfront to confirm a sales order. If a sales person starts to modify (confirm) it manually, we don't need those features. Especially at that point pay should be done with invoices.
Modal
=====
For the sign, we want to force refresh the page to update its state, and thus we need to show the confirmation message on the reloaded page.
For sign and pay, we changed a bit the structure of the text in the modal to allow to translate it more easily. Also fixed the payment selection by moving it into the body instead of the footer.
For the reject modal, we want the feedback field to be required, so we can see in the chatter by who and why it has been rejected.
Misc
====
Moved remaining bits of code related to preview/pay/accept/decline from sale_management into sale, where it should have been in the first place.
Sales Order:
- Improved status/contextual alerts.
- Hide discount from small to fix responsive.

Rev. 2f7c03d added a second admin user (id 2), the 'human' one, on
top of the 'technical' one (id 1, also known as the superuser).
Basically, all calls to _is_superuser() should have been changed to
_is_admin(). They weren't. As a consequence, some features that
were previously available for the admin weren't anymore (e.g.
tours).
This rev. replaces all calls to _is_superuser() by calls to
_is_admin().

While we used BS3, we used our own responsive classes for text
alignment (text-right-sm, text-center-not-lg, ...). Now BS4 classes can
be used to achieve the same behavior so there is no point in declaring
our own ones anymore.
Also, as the breakpoint names changed (lg -> xl, md -> lg, ...), the
current code was not working as intended anymore anyway.

Bootstrap chose not to implement this feature, probably relying on their
grid system (see https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/issues/21943).
We have a case where a responsive size of 0px is needed though: applied
on a table, this forces the table to its contents' natural width. So
this commit implements the behavior and adds the size of 0 to replace
the non-responsive class 'o_table_column_fit'.
In bootstrap 3, label was in bold by default. And we use label-optional to make label normal.
Update sass to have same behaviour:
required field in bold
other fields in normal

When the user chose a very wide logo for the website navbar, it
overflew over the menu items (making the "+" feature look broken).
This in fact occurs since commit https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/4bc79da943c71e762e1f6dedbe3a641042bfef3f.
Its goal was to avoid top menu flickering due to that "+" button
feature. To do that, menu items were hidden with an height of 0 during
loading, then, once the correct number of items needed for the "+"
feature was computed, they were made visible to the user. Another
problem was due to the logo image loading. When it is not loaded yet, we
cannot properly compute the number of items which is needed. To solve
that problem, we fixed the size of the image container instead of
setting the height of the image itself.
But fixing the size of the image container only created a new bug: very
wide logos overflow this container. This commit solves all the problems:
1) The height of the image is set to be equal to the navbar links.
2) The height of the navbar is not forced, meaning that if the user
decides to change the height of its logo to go against (1),
everything will be adapted accordingly.
3) During loading, the menu items are still 0px tall, hidden and made
visible once the "+" feature is enabled.
4) The "+" feature is only enabled once all the navbar images have been
successfully loaded.

Empty space were used to compensate the icons size.
Unfortunatly icons may have different sizes and the surrounding text
barely match the empty space provided, causing misalignment.
Commit https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/903ff171acbef7f9fe6e533f43b99eba801b200f
lowered the font-size to 14px for the frontend by customizing the
bootstrap variable in the portal app. It changed the web_editor
rte_inline tour accordingly.
This however broke the test on runbot "base" database, as the font-size
in the editor without having installed the portal app was still set to
16px. Commit https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/e3bc059c3649a05c12cd3c8099092282c10141b7
only moved the failed test from "base" to "all" database.
This commit unifies the font-size for all frontends by setting it in the
web app. So, after this commit: reports, editor, login screen and
frontend will always have a font-size of 14px no matter the application
which is installed (except themes).
With BS4, the website's font size was set to 16px instead of 14px as
before. We finally decided to force the 14px back. This commit also
moves some bootstrap variables extensions to portal as it should have
been done and reformat the files to match the bootstrap _variables.scss
file.
(Needed for themes migration)
The #wrapwrap element always featured a hack to make the inner <footer/>
stick to the bottom of small-height pages (typically, empty pages). As
advertised, this was a *hack*: forcing the element to "table" display
and its children to "table-row" display. This prevented some themes
to do some stuff.
With the migration to BS4, we now use flex at various places and so
only support the browsers which support flex (every last version of
major ones). The footer feature can be solved using flex, so there is
no point in keeping the hack.
This also allows to make the #wrapwrap element scroll instead of the
<body/> and to always have a screen-shaped #wrapwrap element, making the
element the user's <body/> it was always meant to be.
This is necessary to make it among the first of the "assets frontend"
inherited views, and specifically make it appear *before* the one from
website. Without this, SCSS styles may be randomly broken if the
original installation order of `portal` and `website` was reversed
(e.g. for older databases).
The goal of this commit is to fix the various views and reports of sales and invoices.

Placing a list-group inside an element whose text color is forced is
buggy as the background of list-group items is forced to white and
the text color left untouched.
Before this commit, the method _document_check_access would succeed if it was called with a non-existing id.
Now it will raise a MissingError.
