when mode is switched m2o should be reinitialized, and old instance of
field manager should be destroyed otherwise it will through traceback
'cannot call methods on autocomplete prior to initialization', also
improved the reload_favorite_list, it should be called when
calendar.contacts record is created

Raphael Collet 80e5b4245a [IMP] web: make boolean_button more specific, and change label on hover 
The widget now provide labels that depend on widget option "terminology".  For
each terminology, it provides four button labels that are shown depending on
the field's value and hover status on the button.

Xavier Morel 9aa82af4be [FIX] remove explicit naming of m2m indexes 
Postgres has a limit of 63 characters on identifiers, because of the way
m2m index names are built the limit could relatively easily breached
leading to a truncation of the index name, and in some cases collisions
between the name of the two index.

<name> in CREATE INDEX is optional since Postgres 9.0, use this feature
instead of generating index names, should avoid any possible collision
on m2m index names.
