Reduce size between each line: whennotes are written, there is so much space between the note and the detail of product 
        that comes after check column titles of invoices, it s not using the same style like for sale order check it for: the array 
        of taxes, and details array.

* added more fields like :
- active
- start_date (datetime)
- stop_date (datetime)
- users_id and groups_id ( for security)
- type : configure | service | other ( default type is  "configure" )
- start_on : at once | auto | manual
