Force fa size to 14px, to avoid that themes which change body size,
change the fa snippet icon size and display it on severals lines.
Add text 'Snippets are loading' while snippets template is downloading.

Notification emails have been redesigned. They notably include buttons
allowing to perform some action directly from the email.
The notification creation and sending has been partially rewritten
and improved. The purpose is to lessen the number of rendering to perform
when sending emails to recipients. Recipients are first categorized into
groups. Basic groups are partners and users. The notification template
is then rendered twice, one for followers and one for not-followers. In most
cases there will be few rendering to perform. Through inheritance it
is possible to further categorize users. For example HR users / officers
that have approve / refuse buttons in their email.
A custom data structure is used to store data about buttons and actions.
URLs, follow / unfollow are added in the structure and used in the
template to render the email for a given group.
New routes are added in mail. Those allow to perform some action, like
going to a form in create mode, following / unfollowing, executing a method,
sending a signal for a workflow. Those routes are for users only and rely
on classic access rights.
A generic route for viewing records is added. It replaces the old redirect
action. According to some specific action given by the already-existing
get_access_action, the record will be visible for everybody (forum, blog)
or restricted (going on the Inbox / login / form view, according to access
rights).
The next commit will add the various inherits necessary to add the actions
in the main addons.
When we export a recurring event, there was an error since there is
virtual ids (like '{real_id}-{date_of_the_event}').
Events steming from a recurring events are in fact shown virtually. In
the database there is really only one event and a suffix is appended to
the id to target a given instance of a recurring event.
If we want to separate a recurring event from the instances, we can edit
the instance and use the link "Update only this instance", once done
this instance is separated for the recurring event.
This commit if one or more recurring events instances are selected when
an export is done, will only export one source event of each of the
events occurences.

In chrome, there was a gap at the end of the dashboard because of :
* after/before element in kanban record
* flex items were able to reduce their size
In method `user_has_groups`, make "Technical Features" effective in debug mode.
Make the group "Employees" inherit "Technical Features".
Make the group "Technical Features" invisible in the user form view.
Remove useless `ir.rule` attached on group "Technical Features".
Fix `test_acl` by avoiding the tricks around the group "Technical Features".
A new view type has been created : sales_dashboard.
It is used to display some figure in the sales_team_dashboard.
Also added in this commit : 3 fields on res.users to fix sales target
- target of won opportunities
- target of activities done
- target of invoiced sale orders
Regarding _schedule_days, similar thing was done in
saas-6, @ fd5e7f2.
When the argument `days` was negative, the
returned intervals were wrong.
Regarding `get_working_intervals_of_day`,
calling this method without
`default_interval` and calendar
set crashed.

It makes it clear which warehouses, products, product categories
are applied to a certain route (also add inverse many2many field)
in the route form.
The push/procurement rules forms are also a little bit uncluttered
to make a clear distinction between where it is applied and what it creates.
Also correctly left align the menu when there is a multi line item and
vertical-align all the elements of the header so that it does not look
broken when there is a multi line title.
