The index definitions have changed, so we need distinct names
and existence tests to make sure they get properly created/altered
on older databases.

meaning the user can see contacts from other company than
his current company.
Nevertheless, to read the computed field `currency_id` on
the `res.partner` model, the user need the read access
on the contact `company_id` field, that the user does not have

These two rules were used to restrict livechat users
to the read access to their own messages,
and allow livechat managers to see all messages.
Since 9.0, livechat messages are no longer
`im.chat.message` records (8.0),
they are now `mail.message` records, and this model
already implements its own security rules.
See `check_access_rule` of `mail.message` to know
more about the access rules of this model.
Therefore, these security rules are no longer necessary in 9.0.
Besides, it had as side-effect to restrict the access of
livechat managers for `mail.message` records.
For instance,
livechat users were no longer able to create customers.

The feature causing this situation is minimal : it only set the cursor
at the end of a FieldTextHtmlSimple widget (the default widget for

[FIX] notification email batch
- add a context key to use the email queue for notifications linked
to allocations created in batch
- also fixed a missing context in a browse
- remove / udpate some paddings. Indeed some part of the notification emails
are badly aligned.
- postprocess the notification email to remove the content coming from odoo.
This ensure that action buttons present in some emails are not forwarded to
other people, notably customers. This is done by adding a div holding the
whole notification emails, with a summary = o_mail_notification. A summary
is used instead of a class or id because some html clients (like gmail)
strip classes, ids, ... summary seems to be kept in several clients.
Rescue sessions have been added with revision

With this feature, this is possible to have multiple
pos sessions opened for a same user, if there are
rescue sessions.
`get_current_session` rely on the fact only one pos session
can be opened per user.
Rescue sessions are now excluded to get the current session, so:
- at most one session can be found
- rescue sessions cannot be resumed.

HTTP status lines are required to have both
a status code *and* a "reason phrase".
Some stricter HTTP clients / proxies choke
on status lines without "reason".
Technically, setting `response.status` is supposed
to set both at the same time, so we need to provide
both, or to set `status_code` only and let werkzeug
add the reason. This patch does the latter.

The serialization gives different results for some elements. For instance, an
empty element `i` must be serialized as `<i/>` in XML and `<i></i>` in HTML.
It must be done like that, otherwise the world (of web browsers) would break.
Add a test case for `html_translate`.
group_no_one is almost no longer accessible (way too technical to ask to modify
the url to end users) while this field is simply more advanced configuration
(functionnal and not technical).
