Christophe Matthieu 22c6b69b50 [FIX] portal: "Portal Access Managment" can't create or edit portal access for a contact when they are already an user with the same login. The wizard don't display all the list of contacts related to the selection. 
The wrong contact must be replace by the contact who have the login equal to the contact email. Get all child contacts and do not filtered by active user.

Olivier Dony 325f710360 [FIX] account: split the actions to open analytic accounts, as context is not compatible 
The same action was erroneously used in two incompatible
cases: once for openining the list of analytic accounts
from a partner form view (requires a special context
with a client-side `active_id` variable) and the second
one for the main Analytic Account menu item (which
cannot have `active_id` in the context - it would crash).

The fix includes setting an empty ({}) context explicitly
on the original action to be sure the incorrect context
is removed upon update.


The error was introduced at rev.8685

Quentin (OpenERP) 709fc0ca29 [FIX] account_voucher: complete fixing of vouchers in multi-currency. 
*uniformized the computation in multi-currency in order to always use res_currency.compute()
*make sure to pass the right conversion rate to _current_rate() function using the context if it is specified on the voucher and, in this function, used the info from the context instead of the computed one if relevant. (This involves an ugly overwriting of the 'rate' field that will disappear in trunk: to stay backward compatible and avoid any update of 'base' module it has to be done this way).
*replace the currency_id field on the voucher by a fields.function (was a fields.related) in order to always have a currency, even if it's a voucher in the company currency. (makes the treatment easier and more consistent. Less error prone)
*misc code reaftoring

`openerp.modules.module.ad_paths` containing unicode strings, werkzeug fail to compare the path `module` which is converted to ascii.
