Nicolas Martinelli c478e94450 [FIX] hr_expense: delete expense 
A regular employee is allowed to delete an expense reported already
approved. This should not be possible, only an officer could do it.

qsm-odoo 50b076c033 [REF] web, *: introduce new kanban design 
This merge will be the first one of a series to renew the backend
design. While this focused on kanban redesign, some elements (like
background and colors) of the main design are changed here.

This especially changes the LESS code to achieve the desired visual
result. The kanban view however needs better layout templating to
make this LESS more efficient; this will be a task for version 12.0.

Mehul Patel 3fb4159ad9 [IMP] account,sale,l10n_*: display tax amount per tax group in sale/account reports 
Each tax is linked to a tax group. Each tax group is display separately with the corresponding amount when the business reports (invoices/sale orders) are printed.

NB: Because each tax is now linked to a tax group. Every localization have been updated according it.

Nicolas Martinelli b0d498c11d [FIX] stock: delivery slip UOM 
1. Create a product A, set to stockable product, set its UOM and
   purchase UOM to Unit(s)
2. Create SO with A, but use a different UOM than Unit(s) (e.g. Dozen)
3. Validate, go to delivery, validate, and print the delivery slip

Ordered quantity shown on delivery slip is in SO UOM but listed as
product UOM.

Foram Katharotiya fa3ff5b41a [IMP] account: compute debit/credit based on amount currency in account.move 
Recompute automatically the debit/credit fields on account.move.line depending of amount_currency, date or currency_id in order to deal more easily with multi-currency.
