- added a smaller version of publish / unpublish, based on icons, to use in smaller objects

website_mail
- cleaned follow widget, now displaying the email address, taking the current user if signed in
- mail_message: published by default

website_blog
- various improvements in view (show/hide categories, follow widget, publish widget)
- various fixes about blog_post / blog_posts / category not always defined and badly managed in the view
