Thibault Delavallée 81b0266ac3 [REF] website_google_map, website_crm, website_crm_partner_assign, website_membership: extracted res.partner model stuff into dedicated module and moved model-related stuff inside a models directory. 
Website related fields on res.partner are now located inside their own module, in website_partner.
This module is a dependency for other modules that previously (re)defined various website fields.

Next step is to refactor a bit those modules, but one thing at a time. All glory to the hypnotoad.

Olivier Dony 51fe1e63e1 [FIX] portal_sale: re-add auto-subscribe of customer when confirming invoice 
It was removed by mistake in commit [1]
when fixing the forward-port of 7.0
to saas-1. Only the mail notification
had to be removed, not the auto-follow
of the customer, which is important
in the portal, otherwise customers
cannot see their invoices.

Thibault Delavallée 6069810f03 [IMP] tools: improved html_email_clean. 
It can now take into account sections, and protect them. This allows to display a read more link
after a whole section. This will be used in the website, to display the first section of blogs for
example.

Also added some options on the read more link, allowing to tune its tag, content, as well as the link.

Also improved html_sanitize, taking improvements from the trunk branch of server, waiting for the whole
trunk branch to be merged.
