Jérome Maes 29796b58dd [IMP] calendar: notification route should be in auth 
The 2 calendar notification routes were in auth
`none`. This causes no problem, but since they are
reimplementing the auth user mecanism, it is better
to set them directly in auth `user`. Moreover, they
are only called from webclient, when the user is
logged.

This commit also migrate them to new API (we forgot
them ....)

Thibault Delavallée 4c8a5b164a [FIX][REF] website_quote: remove broken call to an old onchange 
website_quote still calls sale_order_line.product_id_change() in old API,
giving arguments that are not supported anymore. It does not crash because
'reasons'. However the new onchange does not return values since v9. The
call is therefore not necessary anymore and the computation has been adapted
accordingly.

Thibault Delavallée 5a859b8d38 [FIX][IMP] account_asset: method_time / prorata thingy 
- on account.asset.asset form view, field method_time, in 'Depreciation Information'
  page: use radio widget instead (without it, you couldn't change the field)

- on account.asset.category form view: prorata field hidden when required, and set
  to false when method_time is on 'Ending Date'. (It was previously possible for
  the prorata to be true while the method_time was 'Ending Date', which is invalid)
