before this commit, from list view users can install
module using the button in list view and from the
action button.
initially the Install button was not available in the
list view and only option to install multiple apps was
from the action button.
but with the introduction of the button in list header
there is no need for an another server action to
perform the same.
after this commit, the activate modules server action
will be removed from the code and its related test
and also newly added Install button will be renamed
to "Activate" to align with the button in kanban and
form.

These changes are made as a result of simplifying attrs and 'states' in
views.
Before applying the migration script, it is necessary to fix some views.
These views are erroneous and either work by chance or are simply
untested. We have for example wrong domains, elements used by modifiers
but not present in the view, obsolete domain operators, inherit views
not targeting the right views, xpaths using attributes as target, the
use of %(...)s in views, false attribute value types in python.

The label was already Status on the field but not in the search view.
"State" is always used for the meaning location.
Sharing the same term meant it was not possible to have two different
translations.

The tree view `view_module_category_tree` was unused, remove it.
The form view (`view_module_category_form`) of `ir.module.category` is
still used in the `view_groups_form` view.

This commit separate the templates, one for the card and another one for
the menu (the ellipsis dropdown).
The new template, called 'kanban-menu', will only contain the dropdown.
Note that, this behaviour is the same as the one used for the kanban
tooltips.

currently in the kanban view of the apps, the install button is renamed to activate from https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/c70984f4031612d64872fcc12e89c35f03e7d2b2 , but still in the form and action(in tree), button is still labelled as Install, so unifying the label of button to Activate in tree, form and action.

This revision is to make uniform the behavior of the `groups` attribute
on the Python model fields
and on the node in the view architecture.
In both cases, remove the node from the view completely.
Before this revision,
in a back-end view:
- In the Python model, if a field has the `groups` attribute set
and the user is not part of
the groups, the field is removed, completely, from the view.
- In the view architecture, if a node has the `groups` attribute set
and the user is not part of
the groups, the node is made invisible (not completely removed, just
made invisible).
in a front-end view:
- if a node has a "groups" or "t-groups" set and the user
is not part of the groups, the node is removed from the view.
So it's 2/3 cases removing nodes restricted to a group.
and 1/3 case making invisible nodes restricted to a group.
It's simpler to have a uniform behavior for the 3 cases,
simpler to understandard for developers.
In addition, this will help for the goal to cache back-end views.
It makes possible to convert views using the `groups_id` field
by moving the content of these views directly
in the view to which they add content which is suppose to be completely
removed when the user has not the according group.
By getting rid of the `groups_id` many2many field on `ir.ui.view`,
it makes possible to cache the view architecture without
requiring to use the groups in the cache key.
Currently, if we want to cache the view architecture,
it would be required to use the intersection of the user
groups with the `groups_id` groups of the view,
making it costly to compute the cache key,
therefore altering the performance point to cache the view
architectures.

- BS5 JS use the `data-bs-toggle="dropdown"` attribute to
automatically enable the BS Component.
But in this case as the `.dropdown-menu` is only rendered when the
`.dropdown-toggle` is clicked we can't initialize the Dropdown at the
first render. So we do it manually.
- change .dropdown-menu by .o-dropdown-menu (owl)
-> to handle keyboard navigation we can't use BS dropdowns
- use currentTarget of event
As the event can bubble we use currentTarget to be sure to be at the
higher level in the DOM.
> All the events for the dropdown are now triggered on the dropdown
> toggle button and then bubbled up to the parent element.
- BS5 don't add .show on parent group anymore
-> dropdown show class not on the same node on BS5
- avoid dropdown warning using margin in CSS
BS5 show a warning if we use margin statically in CSS for a dropdown.
> Popper: CSS "margin" styles cannot be used to apply padding between
> the popper and its reference element or boundary. To replicate margin,
> use the `offset` modifier, as well as the `padding` option in the
> `preventOverflow` and `flip` modifiers.
- adapt the systray activity dropdown for mobile
On desktop positions are now dynamic and on mobile it's static
- In BS5 the CSS `bottom: 100%;` is not more applied to the
`.dropup .dropdown-menu` selector.
- Change right -> end and add data-bs-popper="none" to avoid
Popper interaction

Currently, to identify records based on state, in most of the list views we
use 'badge' widget on 'state' fields which can be decorated as needed.
However, for the list views, best approach would be to also add list
decoration along with 'badge' widget so that the whole line is colored
and it's easy for user to 'scan' the information
This commit improves the behavior adding decorations to several list-views.
To check the list of changes, kindly see the task specification
Apart from that, this commit also improves label of the module state from
'Not Installed' to 'Uninstalled'.

Currently, clicking on the "upgrade" button from Apps in community
opens the corresponding page in the same tab. As a consequence, the
user completely leaves his database and it can quickly become tedious
to get back to it.
so in this commit, clicking on the 'upgrade' button should open the
corresponding webpage in a new tab

Currently, across Odoo, there are around 40+ many2one fields defined with a
'selection' widget. Since the many2one widget has options to limit record
creation and opening, there is no reason to define a many2one field with a
selection widget. The selection widget does not allow for searching, and is
limited to 100 records.
PURPOSE
to update the definition of any many2one on which we applied a 'selection'
widget, and instead use the standard many2one widget with disabled
opening/creation instead.
after this commit,
for each many2one field defined with widget="selection", widget="selection" is
replaced with options="{'no_open': True, 'no_create': True}"

According to the app-store guidelines we are not allowed to sell from
the iOS app.
Our updates are currently blocked because of this.
In the rush, we have no choice but to hide the 'learn more' button
displayed on each app. This redirects the customer to the documentation
page where you can find subscription links.
And this is unfortunately not allowed by Apple...

This commit simply improves the modules tree view by removing the tree
"decorators" and replacing it by a badge widget with associated decorators on
the 'state' field.
Indeed, the previous implementation could make the tree view look a bit "scary"
at first opening because it would color a lot of lines in red (modules were
not installed), giving it a feeling or "error" where there was none.
Now the color is directly shown on the state field, making it clear it's
related to that information.

Currently, when we click on “Settings” on the Home Dashboard, we arrive
on a new Dashboard with several pieces of information like Installed Apps,
invite new users, or translations. Some informations are reachable in
several ways, which is not necessary.
We would like to remove this page and replace it with the General Settings
page directly. That makes more sense to the user who click on “Settings”. The
present informations will be dispatched in the menu or in the general settings
for a better usability.
Specification
=============
This commit move code from web_settings_dashboard in order to put the features
in settings directly. To do so, we choose to move code to base_setup, and create
widget on the settings form view to keep features. Concerned features are: invite
users, dev tools, odoo edition number and IAP account link.

Since the kanban module refactoring, the module technical name is most of the
time not visible in debug mode. Only module with a very short name leave enough
space for the technical name to be shown (completely).
We can now correctly see the technical name in debug. It will replace the
description (which is not really mandatory in such a mode).
Adding it in top of the description would've break the cell 'height pixel
perfect' looking, thus breaking the layout.

Because the JS cannot handle 1 or 0 being equivalent to true or false, the views should comply
Issues specifically arise in the kanban view when, instead of reloading every record with python,
the JS actually computes which record should be displayed by reinterpreting the domain
From a user point of view, on a fresh db with CRM installed, go to the app kanban view
Click on the contextual menu of the CRM kanban label, click uninstall
The modal opens, but click cancel. The kanban label of the kanban view has disappeared
This is due to commit 33ba61bfdb, which prevents reloading all the view
for performance purposes
This commit prevents the label from disappearing
