How great is it to get Odoo (almost) 9.0 (almost) translated?
Clean .tx/config file
Regenerate .pot files
Fetch current translations from Transifex (10% completion)
Now that most refactoring has been merged
It is better to have red a great work of another culture in translation than never to have read it at all.

- Preserved explicit 3rd-party copyright notices
- Explicit boilerplate should not be necessary - copyright law applies
automatically in all countries thanks to Berne Convention + WTO rules,
and a reference to the applicable license is clear enough.
The module system needs to know the dependencies of a given module
before executing the function. This is why the dependencies were
defined once in an array, and then were described one more times in the
call to require.
But a trick can simplify this: the boot function can parse the string
representation of the module and extract the calls to require from it.
It is more work for the processor, but it leads to simpler module
definitions.
Basically the admin group can read the gengo key. When adding website_gengo that adds the
website groups, the groups allowed to access the key are updated.
This is done because in base_gengo the website groups are not necesssarily defined. Website
is not a dependency of base_gengo.
[FIX] Cron for gengo was always in mode 'do missed' what we don't want, replace 0 by False
[FIX] Remove unused regexp to find view_id from js which was breaking the count words
A squashed merge is required as the conversion of the apiculture branch from
bzr to git was not correctly done. The git history contains irrelevant blobs
and commits. This branch brings a lot of changes and fixes, too many to list
exhaustively.

CKEDITOR_BASEPATH has to be defined, by default ckeditor will load its files
relative to "itself" (the file which executes it). After bundling, the path is
incorrect and ckeditor looks for its files (e.g. en.js) in the wrong place.

- if any changes like acception of job, approval of job, comment by translator etc gengo will post that job to given callback url
- On otherside added a controller for '/website/gengo_callback' for handling callback.
so any chages on job will instantly reflected to openerp
