Before this commit, when the user shares a portal link, the receiver
has to click on the link to understand what it is about.
This commit uses new key called `preview_object` inside
`portal.frontend_layout` template.
When it is defined, it will add some useful information for the
preview link.
This commit also defines `preview_object` in portal view of project
and task to be able to have the preview link to prevent the user
from having to click on the link to understand what it is about.

Prior to this, there was no way to shut an active session you didn't have the
access to anymore or close every active session remotely.
Adding the RevokeAllDevices class, it is now possible to close every open
sessions, including the one you are performing the action on of the account
you are logged into via the Account Security page in the preferences.
This system is based on the principle that every open session uses the password
hash to maintain it. When the hash is computed, salt is added to it to make it
not reversible. Thanks to that salt, it is possible to change the user's
password's hash without changing the password. Therefore, the flow of this
addition is the following :
1. User clicks on the button and uses his passord to confirm identity.
2. User's input is used to check his identity (_check_credentials()).
3. User's input is used to refresh the password hash in the db (_change_password()).
4. User is logged out.
This adds a way to close all sessions remotely and improve user's control over
their account and therefore their security.

This commit allows to share spreadsheets to other users (public, portal or
internal without the required access rights)
See Enterprise commit. This commit prepares the ground to sharing
`documents.document` spreadsheets.
(I expect dashboard spreadsheet sharing in the near future which will
use the same generic code)
The challenges of sharing odoo spreadsheets
-------------------------------------------
Odoo spreadsheets can have any data from the database.
ODOO.PIVOT and ODOO.LIST functions specifically can target *any model*
and *any field*.
The values are dynamically loaded with RPC calls when the
spreadsheet is open. Normal access rights apply to load this kind of
"embeded" data.
A user can open a spreadsheet if he can read the `documents.document` record,
but odoo specific functions might result in errors if the user doesn't have
the access rights on the underlying model.
That's obviously not what we want when sharing a spreadsheet to an external
person. We want this person to see the values and not a spreadsheet full
of errors.
Giving access to external user?
---------------------------------
Users must have a very clear understanding what they are "leaking" when
they share a spreadsheet. Sharing a spreadsheet should not open any door
the user wouldn't think of or wouldn't understand.
The best way is to be very strict with the data we are sharing.
That means: only the specific models, specific fields and specific records
visible in the spreadsheet by the user who is sharing (different users can
see different values for the same spreadsheet, depending on their access rights).
We also want to consider the following scenario:
Alice is a newcomer (with very limited access rights) and she shares a
spreadsheet to a customer. A few years later, she is manager and has a
lot more access rights (groups, ir.rules, etc.).
The forgotten spreadsheet shared years ago should not leak more data because
Alice now has access to all company data.
Specification
=============
With all those challenges in mind, here is a first approach of shared
spreadsheet:
Readonly freezed spreadsheet for external users
-----------------------------------------------
When sharing a spreadsheet, we actually copy and freeze the spreadsheet at that
time. Odoo formulas are replaced with their value. This is the easiest and safest
way to deal with access rights to other models: there's no access to other
models at all ^^
The spreadsheet is displayed in readonly since it would only be editing a copy.
If the external person wants data to be updated, he can ask a new sharing link.
Read/Write for internal users
-----------------------------
The situation for internal users is different. We can rely on their actual access
rights.
When an internal user opens a spreadsheet sharing link, he is redirected to the
regular spreadsheet client action. A token is used to read/write the
`documents.document` record (and other linked models such as `spreadsheet.revision`),
but the data for pivots, lists, etc. is loaded with the user's own access rights.
If the user doesn't have the rights to read a model or field, the function results in
an error and that's the expected behavior.
This sharing strategy is perfectly fine for all spreadsheets that doesn't contain
any odoo data (think of all the Google Sheets we receive internally by email to
register to an event or any other stuff).
Future work
-----------
From a functional point of view, the spec is far from perfect.
Users would probably expect the data to "update" itself (not freezed).
People will want write access for external users as well.
Given the complexity of getting it right (from a tecnical, security and functional POV),
this is left for a later work

through an unsubscribe URL in the email even if not connected.
It works for internal user for follow up on any document and for any partner on
follow up of document tagged as authorizing being unfollowed by any partner (
slide.channel and slide.slide).
Technical note:
The unfollow block is rendered in mail_thread and updated for each recipient in
mail_mail. We don't render it in mail_mail because we don't have the language
of the message at that point.
Depending on the partner and the related document, the unfollow block is:
- either removed if the user cannot unfollow the document (for example if it
doesn't follow it)
- or updated with partner and document information + a security token

Before this commit, if the helpdesk module was installed, the title of
the salesperson data was changed from "Your contact" to "Salesperson"
for portal users. This did not add any value and the title of the tab
also became "Salesperson" which we do not want. This commit allows to
keep the title "Your contact" above the salesperson information and to
not change the tab title.
Steps to reproduce the problem fixed by this commit:
- Run Odoo enterprise with helpdesk and sales installed.
- As the admin, create a helpdesk ticket with Joel Willis (portal user)
as the customer and save.
- Click on Joel Willis, select the "Sales & Purchases" tab and set a
salesperson.
=> Log in as Joel Willis and on /my, you will have "Salesperson" as the
title of the tab. This bad behavior is due to [this commit] that added a
title above the salesperson information. But with this change the title
of the tab was also impacted. Then [this other commit] added a default
title above the salesperson information. We can be satisfied with this
default title which does not alter the title of the tab.

The aim of this commit is to simplify and standardize the settings archs.
To do this, a small DSL exclusively for the settings was created. This
new DSL introduces 3 tags: `app`, `block` and `setting`.
The `app` tag is used to declare the application on the settings view.
It creates an entry with its logo on the sidebar of the view. It also
acts as delimiter when searching.
```xml
<app string="CRM" name="crm">
...
</app>
```
- `string` : The "display" name of the application.
- `name` : The technical name of the application (the name of the module).
- `logo` *optional* : The relative path to the logo. If not set, the
logo is created using the `name` parameter :
`/{name}/static/description/icon.png`.
The `block` tag is used to declare a group of settings. This group can
have a title and a description/help.
```xml
<block title="Title of group Bar">
...
</block>
```
- `title` *optional* : The title of the block of settings (the old h2),
you can perform research on its text.
- `help` *optional* : The description/help of the block of settings
(the old h3), you can perform research on its text.
The `setting` tag is used to declare the setting itself. The first field
in the setting is used as the main field (optional). This field is
placed on the left panel (if it's a boolean field) or on the top of the
right panel (otherwise). The field is also used to create the setting
label if a `string` is not defined. The `setting` tag can also contain
more elements (e.g. html), all of these elements are rendered in the
right panel.
```xml
<setting string="this is bar">
<field name="bar"/>
...More elements
</setting>
```
- `type` *optional* : By default, a setting is visually separated on two
panels (left and right), and is used to edit a given field. By
defining `type='header'`, a special kind of setting is rendered
instead. This setting is used to modify the scope of the other
settings. For example, on the website application, this setting
is used to indicate to which website the other settings apply.
The header setting is visually represented as a yellow banner on
the top of the screen.
- `string` *optional* : The text used as label of the setting. If it's
not defined, the first field is used as label.
- `title` *optional* : The text used as tooltip.
- `help` *optional* : The help/description of the setting. This text is
displayed just below the setting label (with classname
`text-muted`).
- `company_dependent` *optional* : If this attribute is set to "1" an
icon is displayed next to the setting label to explicit that
this setting is company-specific.
- `documentation` *optional* : If this attribute is set, an icon is
added next to the setting label, this icon is a link to the
documentation. Note that you can use relative or absolute path.
The relative path is relative to
`https://www.odoo.com/documentation/server_version`, so it's not
necessary to hard-code the server version on the arch anymore.

Some countries, such as mexico, require a seller to be able to
generate an invoices from a ticket from a sale done in a shop,
even after a few days.
This change aims to allow this, by allowing to create an invoice at
a later date after the POS has been closed.
This is done by partially reversing the POS closing entry, and then
generating an invoice the same way it would be done at the POS closing.
The customer can scan a QR code if enabled in order to request the
invoice by himself, requiring him to fill a for to give the customer
information required for the invoicing.
Allows to fill additional fields dependent on the localization that are
required to be set on the partner or the invoice.

* restore position relative:
> Columns no longer have position: relative applied, so you may have to
> add .position-relative to some elements to restore that behavior.
https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.1/migration/#grid-updates
Example:
Favorite widget isn't shown on the right location due to change
in Boostrap 5, so we restore the old positioning of the `.col`
PS: another fix is to simply remove the position absolute of
`.o_favorite` but its break the favorite in kanban project.
* remove usage of `width` in kanban image when `col` is also used:
The class `o_kanban_image` is
```css
.o_kanban_image {
width: 64px;
}
```
In BS4 the col rules are:
```css
.col-4 {
flex: 0 0 33.33333333%;
max-width: 33.33333333%;
}
```
and in BS5:
```css
.col-4 {
-webkit-box-flex: 0;
-webkit-flex: 0 0 auto;
flex: 0 0 auto;
width: 33.33333333%;
}
```
So `width` overrides the `col` rules.
To summarize:
In BS4
```css
{
max-width: 33.33333333%;
width: 64px;
}
```
In BS5
```css
{
width: 33.33333333%;
}
```

As result of moving the "website into the backend" [1], two new entries
have been added in the user-dropdown: one that redirects to the
backend ("Apps") and another one to edit the current page ("Configure
this page").
This commit removes the one to edit, since the same action it's already
in the floating nav (.o_frontend_to_backend_nav) and keeping two
actions would have be redundant.
For the same reason the "Apps" one could have been removed too, but it
has been decided to keep it to ease lambda users' efforts to find their
way to the backend.
This commit refines the design too, adding icons for all entries and
adapting the user-dropdown layout.

Allow portal users to deactivate their accounts from the portal view.
After the deactivation, they are redirected to the login page, so
they can verify that they can not longer login with their credentials.
We first archived the record and remove sensitive information (password,
login, so he can not log in again with the same credentials).
After the deactivation, we blacklist the email and the phone of the
user, so we are sure that we never send him again email / SMS.
Then, we create a <res.users.deletion> to delete the user and the
partner in a CRON because this operation can be heavy (write_uid,

A new client action is introduced, to display the website in an iframe.
This allows to remove the "frontend" Odoo UI entirely. Everything
related to the website configuration (and especially the edit mode) will
now be done on the backend side.
The idea behind this mainly comes from the fact that we needed the
website in an iframe during edition to be able to render a mobile
preview properly. It was also required so that options which reloads
the page... are able to only reload the page and not the entire editor
with it. From there, it was decided that actually, since the website is
in an iframe, it could be in the backend and every website UI could
rely on this.
In the end, this comes with many functional and technical advantages.
Here are some of them (a few of them are not entirely done with this
merge but will follow the merge in the upcoming weeks, see this as a
non-exhaustive list of possibilities that are unlocked by this work):
Technical:
- No duplicated logic for website UI and backend (purple navbar is the
backend one, slightly customized).
- No conflicting logic for website UI and website content (like dialog
opening, ...).
- No forced CSS for our website / web_editor UI, no conflict with
website themes.
- Everything converted in OWL, in backend code (no special OWL for
frontend).
- "Legacy" code moved as frontend code or removed.
- No website content CSS for the case "when there is the Odoo purple
navbar at the top".
- Backend views & features available (e.g. creating a new event -> form
view instead of custom code with onchanges, validations, etc)
Functional:
- All website features available while editing your website (product
configuration, settings, etc), no switch backend/frontend, no
redirection, no reload (just the iframe).
- All other app features available while editing your website (discuss,
calendar, all other apps, ...).
- Typing a website URL in your browser reaches your website (very small
Odoo UI overlay at the top left as a connected user).
- Mobile preview: directly resizing the website rendering, in edit mode
too and with a better phone image.
- Editor: mobile view edition (the editor is instanciated around the
website content instead of inside of it (iframe))
- Can reload the website without reloading all the tools (editor, html
editor, menu edition, etc) (customize_show options for instance ->
moved as standard editor options which reloads the website only)
- Website UI in your language instead of website language
On the backend side, some customizations were done so that the UI feels
like it works as before (note that it will be reworked in upcoming weeks):
- A `website_systray` registry is defined to replace the systray items
with the website's one when previewing the website.
- The webclient's navbar is patched to display additional dropdown menus
related to the website edition.
- A website service that holds the global state of the website is
introduced. Components from the systray and the dropdown menus can
access and modify it.
- A component adapter for the wysiwyg (that will display the snippets
menu) is added, that allows for caching the wysiwyg libraries, thus
improving editions responsiveness.
See sub-commits for details. This work is known to not be bug-free and
will be bug-fixed, improved and reworked in the upcoming weeks.

A Portal User (PU) cannot edit his contact details once they are logged
in.
Step to reproduce the issue:
- Go to the Contact module
- Create a new contact (as an individual) and link him with a company
- From the newly created contact, click on Action > Grant Portal Access
- Retrieve the registration link of the newly created user by going to
Settings > Users & Companies > Users. You will find the new user when
removing the default Internal Users filter.
- From the Portal main page, go to the contact details and update some
field (e.g. the phone number).
Upon submission, you will get an error related to the edition of the
company_name while no change was done.
Solution: In a previous commit [1], a change was done on the
`company_name` input. This modification changed the JSON that was sent
upon form submission.
Indeed, previously the `company_name` field was not sent (thanks to a
<p>) but now this field is sent, causing an error.
To mimic the <p> behavior and keeping the idea of the first change, the
attribute "disabled" was used in the input, allowing to not send this
field upon form submission.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses:
It is currently quite difficult to differentiate users. Most of the time, people
don't take the time to upload an actual avatar so everybody looks the same. This
PR generates a custom avatar with the users initials and random color to
differentiate them. For res.users, res.partner and hr.employee, image fields now
hold the binary image and avatar are used to show the image or svg.
Current behavior before PR:
Avatar had only random colors and was being saved in database, being inefficient
Desired behavior after PR is merged:
A new mixin defines image fields and in case no image is set, it generates an
SVG image with the user's initials and random color.

This help text is invisible in mobiles, where you can't "hover" to see an input's `title`.
Also it was impossible to translate due to the way it was written.
Now it's usable and translatable. Uses a small help text as explained in https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.1/components/forms/#overview

If the website header template uses the user's photo, and if this one does not exist, a 500-error is returned.
To reproduce the error:
(Need website)
1. Go to the website
2. Edit
3. Change the header template
- Select one that uses the user's photo
4. Save
5. Go to Settings > Users & Companies > Users
6. Select your account
7. Edit
8. Remove your photo, Save
9. Go back to the website
=> 500 error
When the user doesn't have any photo, the template uses the placeholder image.

Depending of the configuration, on the portal, anchor do not consider the
header, so a part of the text is hidden by the navbar.
