[FIX] portal: fix user dropdown in boxed header template

Since this commit [1], the "avatar" image of the logged user is no longer displayed on the "boxed" header template. This is due to the "t-nocache" attribute which was forgotten for the "_avatar" parameter in the "user_dropdown" template.
