Before this commit, every model having website_id would have the default
`set null` as ondelete value for that field. Exception for `ir.ui.view` and
`website.redirect` which are set to `cascade`.
This meant that deleting a website would basically transform all its specific
records into generic ones.
That would lead to unwanted behavior, such as multiple `ir.attachment` with
same URL, when 2 websites had been theme-customized. Deleting one of the
website would result in later crashes when trying to open theme customization
in the remaining website(s), since those website would find their specific scss
custom attachment as well as the generic one from the deleted website.
Probably more behavior might be problematic when deleting a website before this
commit.
To summarize the choice of this commit implementation, every model not existing
outside website module are set to `cascade` (website.redirect, website.menu,
product.wishlist..).
The rest should be in restrict, as we don't want to delete a whole forum, blog
or job, which should probably be managed case by case to decide what to do.
Thus, restrict is a good choice to notify user of what should be handled.
Some exception remains, ir.ui.view should be delete on cascade while sale.order
should be set to null.

On `website` itself there is no `website_id` so the domain has to be read from
`self` directly.
Also oversight of forward-port 039e6bae99:
On `slide.channel` the override that was done in an earlier version is doing the
same as the generic override that was introduced later, so it can be removed.

get_installed and _lang_get_id are both ormcached and correctly check
the context
Retrieving a res.lang from a code is a frequent action that can be
achieved with _lang_get (cf previous commit).
Using _lang_get ensure the active_test in the context is correct and
is not poluted with another context propagation issue.
odoo/odoo#35490 discussion is an example of bad context propagation

If there is no website selected, there is no point to show the specific
settings (which are supposed to be wrote on website model, that will write on
an empty recordset) as it just flood the screen for nothing.
If multi website is enabled, tell the user he could select a website to load
the settings.
If not enabled, the user can't select a website as the select will be hidden.
In that case, just tell the user that he could create a new website for this
company.
More than just a display improvement, it will also prevent misunderstanding of
the website settings when an user arrive on the settings with no website
selected.

Let a database with company C1, C2,
and a website W belonging to C1, used for both companies.
Settings in C2 cannot be saved without setting a website.
At settings load W is removed from C2 because it belongs to C1.
So reset C2's website to W.
This triggers a (useless) write of company_id (C1.id) on W.
Then we have w.user_id.company_id.id != self.env.user.company_id.id, (C1 != C2).
So if contacts are not shared, then accessing w.user_id.company_id would cause
an access error because of record rules, preventing the save.
As a result, settings are unusable for company C2.

Multi is the default api for methods, it is not necessary to explicitly
decorate methods with it, adds clutter and most people use it because
they see that the rest of the code uses it.
Done with `find . -type f -name '*.py' | xargs sed -i '/@api.multi/d'`
Before this commit, when we want to make an external url, we need to know
if the record is related to a specific website or not, and choose base_url
or website domain.
Now each model have a fonction get_base_url (public to be callable from email
template, ...) and website override this function to add the website domain if
the record is website specific.

Before this commit, when you go on website config settings, you can't save.
This is because the website default lang field is not set anymore (supposed to
be set in onchange), and since it is hidden in the view if only one language,
there is no clue about the error field.
Following d0bb596f1d, x2many fields of new records are new records, meaning
that:
`self.many2one in self.x2many`
is not true anymore since self.x2many is a new record.
Also:
`self.many2one = self.x2many[0]`
is not working as before, the new record is not saved in the many2one

Before this commit, the URL of the bootstraped homepage for a new website
could be '/-1' instead of '/'.
Indeed, creating a new website ends up calling `page.copy` which try to get an
unique URL for the website (to avoid duplicated URL after copy). Typically, the
copied page will have a suffix (-X).
But `get_unique_path` in charge of doing that is based on `get_current_website`
method which will/could return a wrong website (not the one we created).
For instance the one forced in session after using the website switcher or
creating a website or installing a theme.
As those website already have (most likely) a homepage '/', get_unique_path
will create the bootstraped homepage with '/-1' as URL.
Step to reproduce (among others):
- Create a new website in backend through res.settings screen
- Create another new website, it's homepage will be '/-1'.
- Repeat indefinitely, every two website created, the bug will appear.
(One out of two, the bug won't appear since it will try to get an unique URL
on the previously created website which only has '/-1' so '/' is assumed
unique)

Previously the image that we uploaded as a favicon of the website was not
resized, so it could be extremely excessive in size and resolution, and it also
was not guaranteed to be a square.
Now we always resize it appropriately and save it as an ICO file.
The default favicon is now applied to all websites instead of only the first.

Before this commit, the website selection was not working when a scheme or port
was encoded in the domain field. This was not obvious or natural for the user,
because the easiest way to fill it was to copy/paste the URL from the browser.
Now it works when scheme or port are encoded, it is even strongly recommended to
actually encode them if they don't take a default value because they will be
used when creating full URL to the website (typically when sending emails to
clients where a link back is necessary).

Before this commit, sending an object by email would always link to web.base.url
even if the object was created from a specific website.
Now if the object has a website, we use the URL of that website if it is set.
The fallback will always be on the web.base.url.

Before this commit, if you duplicate a published record on the website,
the copy was already published, while in most of case you need to update
it to adapt to the new content. There doesn't make senses to duplicate the
same content on a website and let the duplicate content.
Task-1930058
Commit 68e9d5504c makes the redirection type mandatory, which is
logical. Since we can't add such a constraint in stable, we make the
field required in the view and assign a default value (in case the
module is not upgraded, which is very likely to be the case).

`ref` could raise even if raise_if_not_found was False on `viewref`, now we
prevent that, and rely only on the exception on `viewref`.
Also, when not set to raise, the method could return None instead of a recorset.

Fine-tuning of commit b48d2b6b5e.
The call to unlink inside the unlink can recurse infinitely
in case there is a copy of a menu.
We replace that direct call by an accumulator so no recursion occurs.

In a particular case, `_views_get` was mixing apples and oranges, ir.ui.view
and theme.ir.ui.view.
This was the case if a theme has a theme.ir.ui.view t-calling another
theme.ir.ui.view.
(Only theme's sale bridge cause this issue, eg theme_kea_sale.products)
Then, having that theme installed on a website would make all other website
without that theme to crash when opening the /shop customize menu.
Indeed, the theme.ir.ui.view would have the xml_id theme_kea_sale.search.
The generic view `website_sale.products` would have `theme_kea_sale.products`
as inherit child which is website specific and t-call `theme_kea_sale.search`.
Then, on a website witout theme_kea installed, opening the customize menu would
call `get_related_views` that would call `_views_get` that would loop through
inherit children calling `_view_obj` that would not find a view with that key
and would fallback on self.env.ref, finding the theme.ir.ui.view.
Note: `_views_get` might return specific view for another website but that will
be filtered on `get_related_views` override in website.
Step to reproduce:
- Have at least 2 websites and website_sale installed
- Install theme_kea on a website, it will also install theme_kea_sale
- Go on the website that has not theme_kea installed
- Go to /shop
- Open Customize menu, it won't load because of python crash

Before this revision, the public user of your website could be changed
upon saving the general settings if you added users in the public group.
Case:
- Install website
- Add a user in the "public" group,
with a login sorted alphabetically before "public", let's say "1public"
- Open the general settings and save directly
- Notice the public user of the website has been changed to "1public",
and it did not keep "public", while you haven't changed anything
in the settings.
That said, the current heuristic to find the public user of a company
might not be the best, as you could automatically find users in the group
public that you would not like to use as the public user of your website.
In master, maybe a field `public_user_id` could be added on
`res.company`, and the `user_id` of the website could become
a related of the company public user.
In addition, when `_get_public_user` creates a new public user,
it could link it to the company in `public_user_id` field.

This commit replaces calls to pycompat helpers that were intended for
python 2 <-> python 3 interoperability for python 3 builtins, as python
2 is no longer officially supported by Odoo.
This includes:
* calls to imap/izip/ifilter replaced by map/zip/filter
* uses of text_type replaced by str
* uses of unichr replaced by chr
* calls to implements_to_string, implements_iterator removed
* string_types and integer_types replaced by str, int respectively
* calls to to_native replaced by calls to to_text
This is done in preparation to the removal of these deprecated helpers
in the following commit.
