Closes#18146
* add Sphinx 1.6 compatibility (use app.set_translator when
available as in that case programmatically setting
html_translator_class is broken)
* fix a bunch of code block lexers to avoid warnings & get better
coloration
* add a few options which were referred to without being actually
defined
* fix some rST formatting
In the beginning Odoo Enterprise addons contained a second web module. At some
point that was replaced with web_enterprise, but the documentation wasn't
updated.
Describe the proper changes.
Closes#16302
Updated the deployment documentation, to inform developers about
the new location of the odoo-wsgi.py file that's needed
go deploy odoo as a wsgi application
Closes#14337
* Remove dependency on less-plugin-clean-css which distribution
packages are broken on debian stretch and derivated.
* Updated documentation.
* Lessc provides a `--compress` argument that could solve this issue.
According to the documentation at http://lesscss.org/usage/: "[...]
Compress using less built-in compression. This does an okay job but
does not utilise all the tricks of dedicated css compression[...]"
However, using this argument works on lessc 2.5.3 but not on 1.4.2
(`--compress` arg is present but seems to be break some rules
i haven't been able to put my finger on).
* Finally, use the minification of the StylesheetAsset that takes care
of removing the spaces, the comments and the sourcemap with regexes.
fixes issue #9113
Before this revision, the installation instructions where
Community-centric, which led some customers to believe
that they had to install first Community then Enterprise.
This commit makes the instruction compatible for both editions.
Pretty much completely rewritten theme with custom HTML translator and a
few parts of the old theme extracted to their own extensions.
Banner images thought not to be that huge after all, and not worth the
hassle of them living in a different repository.

I had to install libldap2-dev because of this error: lber.h no such file
or directory. After this package's installation, the requirements
installation works with no errors. So I guess it's needed too.
