When we include the author in the recipients of the quotation email of a repair order he doesn't receive the email.
Steps to reproduce the error :
1- create a repiar order
2- add the author in the list of recipients
3- send the email
The origin of the problem is that mail_notify_author=False , se we need to add it as True when we have the author in the recipients.

When recording a public holiday, dates are saved in UTC.
Depending on the offset (UTC offset), this can change the day.
When we send the date in iso format to the frontend,
we modify the hours, but not the day.
Solution:

Apply the employee's timezone to the datetime object
before sending it to the frontend.
Note:

The correction is on the server side,
as we use the `combine` method of the datetime object
before sending the result to the frontend.
Indeed, we modify the times and lose the information
needed to apply the timezone afterwards.

Steps to reproduce:
- Install the module `crm_livechat`
- Activate another language (e.g. fr_FR)
- Open a new incognito window and go to the website
- On website, switch to the activated language
- Open contact page
- Open the chatbot
Issue:
The chatbot is displayed in `en_US`.
Cause:
The chatbot is displayed in the current user language (not website
language).
Public user have by default `en_US` as language.
Solution:
Retrieve the chatbot with the website activated language if set,
otherwise, retrieve the chatbot in the user language.
Fallback on `en_US`.

Since [1], a test introduced in [2] was failing undeterministically.
**Explanation**
Commit [1] introduced a positioning recomputation when a load event
occur in the target's document.
The failing test in [2] loads an inline stylesheet inside of an iframe
without waiting for it to be loaded.
When the test failed it was because of the "load" event of the
aforementioned stylesheet that occured at an inappropriate moment.
Now the test awaits for this event.
Note that within the same conditions in the real world, we want to
make sure the popper is repositioned.
So this current fix is a bit cheating but the test is about testing
an unrelated behavior, so this is acceptable IMO.

Before this commit, in other numbering systems than "latn", the time
pickers did not allow to select hours/minutes/seconds. This was because
the lib (TempusDominus) would use `parseInt` internally to retrieve the
selected value, which was not a latin number in other numbering systems.
This commit changes 2 things directly in the lib file:
- allow the internal `getMoment` function to accept a second 'format'
parameter;
- use that same `getMoment` function to parse the text of the selected
value, effectively using moment to both parse and format the values
displayed in the picker and ensuring consistency.

Current behaviour:
Sale Order Items on a task shows only SO related to the current
customer, or all SO if there is no customer on the task.
Expected behaviour:
If we have a customer on the task, show also SOs from child contact
of that customer (mirror the SO count in `Contacts` app)
Steps to reproduce:
- Install Contacts, Sales, Field Services
- Create 4 contacts, a company, with child contact A and B, a
contact C who is child of A
- For each contact create an SO and confirm a field service product
- Now on any task, add the company as customer.
- In the Sale Order Item we can't select any of the SOs from the
child contacts of the company.
Reason for the problem:
Since 41116c81cd where we wanted to
show all SOs when no `partner_id` was set on the task, we made use
of `=?` operator which is `True` when there is no `partner_id`, but
it matched only for `=` when it's not the case, not taking into
account `child_of` of said contact.
Fix:
Extend the domain with an `OR` to take child contacts if the
`partner_id` is not `False`.

When exiting a flushing savepoint, the method flush() is invoked before
closing the savepoint (which releases it):
def _close(self, rollback):
if not rollback:
self._cr.flush()
super()._close(rollback)
If method flush() crashes at that point, the savepoint is not closed at
all (because of the exception) and is therefore not even rolled back.
The expected behavior is that the savepoint rollbacks and the exception
bubbles up.

Before this commit, when the user installs `sale_project` and some
of his projects has no partner set but a partner is set on some
tasks of those projects then the user will no longer see the partner
field in those tasks because the project is not billable.
This commit checks if one of the tasks has a partner set to make the
project linked billable if it is not yet the case.

When you are sorting agregates of groups and you have more groups than
the limit, you get a traceback.
It is because you give the orderby to the private _read_group that is
not managed the same way when you pass it to the private _web_read_group
so it doesn't correctly build the query.
As we are calling _read_group to count the groups, we don't need to
order it. So we don't.

Before this commit, when going to /profile/ranks_badges on the website,
an error 500 happened when it had to show certification badges.
This is because the certification badges use the "state" field of their linked
survey to check if it is still open.
This field has been removed in 15.0, where the active state of the survey is
used to know if it is still used instead of a state. When archiving a
certification survey, their linked badge is automatically archived as well,
so there is no need for that line anymore.

When you add items in the cart it always show the number of available left in stock of the previous state for example :
1- cart is empty it shows 20 items
2- add one into cart - it shows 20 items left in stock (should be 19)
3- add another one into cart - it show 19 items left in stock (should be 18)
Steps to reproduce the error :
1 - Go to one of the product and make sure that it has some available quantity
2 - Go to sale configuration on the product and remove "out-of-stock : continue selling" and add show available qty only if below 5000 for example
3 - Go the web page of the product and try to add some items into the cart you will see that the stock message is wrong
The origin of the problem is that when we have optional products activated , it will launch a product configurator modal. After posting the update in the database there is no call to the function that updates the stock message.

Before this commit, search in emoji picker was case-sensitive
and had no scoring of items. For example:
- typing "ok" did not match with 🆗
- "ok" 1st suggestion was 😘 because of keyword "face blowing a kiss"
and this is one of the 1st emoji having characters "o" and "k" in
search terms.
After this commit, search is now fuzzy:
- typing "ok" shows 🆗
- "ok" 1st suggestions are 👌 & 🆗

Before [1] we used to consider '0' as False.
As this was not transfered in the refactoring, registering for
an event that does not have any ticket would give a traceback
saying the ticket is invalid.
This adds back the fallback to `False` for falsy values after they
have been converted from string to integer
as '0' is not Falsy in python.

Before this commit, unpinning a thread from the discuss app
would keep its related chat window opened. This PR solves
this issue.
Steps to reproduce (non channels):
- Open a chat window (e.g. sales channel)
- Go to the discuss app
- Leave the sales channel
- Get back to the home menu
- Chat window is now the "New message chat window" as the
thread has been removed but the chat window was not closed.
If those steps are reproduced with a channel (e.g. direct messages),
the chat window is kept as is as the channel is not removed.

When a user click on the 'Follow' button in the chatterbox of the project

Steps to reproduce the bug:
- Drag and drop several snippets onto a web page in edit mode to make
the vertical scrollbar appear.
- Drag and drop a popup onto the page.
- Drag and drop snippets into the popup so that the height of the popup
exceeds the height of the viewport.
- Try to scroll the popup downwards by clicking and dragging on the
scrollbar (not using the mouse wheel).
- Bug: the page is scrolled instead of the popup.
Note: This bug occurs in Chrome (not in Firefox).
This issue occurs because two scrollbars are present at the same
location (one for the page and one for the popup) and they overlap each
other. Normally, Bootstrap removes the scrollbar from the body when a
modal is opened, and this behavior was adapted for the #wrapwrap element
with this commit [1]. However, when transitioning to Bootstrap 5, the
code that overrides Bootstrap was removed instead of being adapted (this
was done in this commit [2]).
In later commits [3] and [4], we continued to remove code that updated
the scrollbar based on the opening of a modal because this code was
causing errors due to the fact that it was incomplete without the part
removed by commit [2].
This commit restores the original behavior (before the deletions made by
the aforementioned commits) by restoring the missing code and properly
adapting it to Bootstrap 5.

Brazilians don't expect to see tax-related info on quotations. This
modifies the quotation PDF and online quotation views. Adding t-ifs
with position="attributes" was considered but doesn't play well with
other modules who would want to modify the same elements in some way.
Therefore a similar approach to account.report_invoice was
taken. Small functions on sale.order will determine what views will be
used. This allows l10n_br_sale to dynamically return its own
primary=True views when Brazilian records are shown.

In some methods, like group expand methods, it is not uncommon to
transform a domain designed for model A to search records from another
model B. In general this transformation requires two operations:
- Rename some fields in the domain
- Remove leaves from the domain that relate to fields not existing in
model B
The current function filter_domain_leaf allows to realize this second
operation. It currently relies on a recursive implementation with a
complexity of order O(n²).
This commit introduces a re-writing of the function filter_domain_leaf
that:
1. Changes the recursion based implementation to an explicit stack
implementation
2. Introduces a field mapping dictionary as argument
The explicit stack implementation allows to avoid stack overflow when
working with long domains. The complexity order is also improved to O(n)
instead of O(n²) which leads to performance gain. For a domain length of
~100 elements, the gain (timewise) is reaching 50%. It is >95% for
domain length over 10 000 elements.
The field mapping dictionary allows to avoid pre-filtering of domains
when using filter_domain_leaf. In cases where it is used, the domain
then just has to be browsed once in the filter_domain_leaf function.

Before this commit, chat window actions were all placed in
the right part of header. It was showing the main action (call),
close action, and all other actions in dropdown menu from
the "..." (more) button.
This commit now replaces the "..." (more) button by clicking
on avatar/name of conversation. The "..." (more) button has been
replaced to "_" (minimize/fold) button, as clicking on header to
open/fold chat window can become hard due to avatar + name being
clickable to show most chat window actions.
This commit also adds the following actions in chat window:
- Open (Employee) Profile
- Rename (conversation)

If a bill has a price difference with the PO, and if the user
refunds it, it will create some errors in the inventory valuation and
the accounting entries
To reproduce the issue:
(Need account_accountant)
1. Create a product category PC
- Costing method: FIFO
- Inventory valuation: Automated
2. Create a product P
- Type: Storable
- Category: PC
3. Confirm a PO with 1 x P at $10
4. Receive P
5. Bill it at $15
- It should create a price diff SVL, see inventory valuation
6. Refund
Errors: The inventory valuation is not impacted, it is still valued
at $15. Because of the refund, it should be $10 (i.e., the price
difference should be cancelled). Then, suppose the user creates a
new bill at $20, it won't do anything (the stock valuation will not
be impacted).
Long story short: the price difference feature, which is supposed to
impact inventory valuation/account entries, does not work if there
is a (partial/full) refund in the flow.
Now, let's think about a more complicated use case:
- Receive 12 products in several times
- Bill in several times (with different quantities than the receipts)
It could give something like (where `x` are products):

We observe that
- a bill could impact several layers
- a layers could be impacted by several bills
And here is the issue: currently in the code, we don't have a relevant
link between layers, account move lines and the quantity that links
both. The only thing we have is a link between the price difference SVL
and the account move line that has generated that SVL (see field
`account_move_line_id` on `stock.valuation.layer`). But this is
clearly not enough and is really problematic: if I refund BILL04, how
should it impact SVL02 ? Then, what if I return a part of the third
delivery before refunding BILL04 ? What if I deliver a part of the
received products before refunding several bills ? What if I refund
B02, B05, then I bill 4 products ?
-> You get the idea: we definitly need a clear link between account
move lines and stock valuation layers and that link has to give a
quantity.
Moreover, it is difficult to create an order between bills. We have
their name, their ID, but the posted time is actually a date. So, if
we mix reset & repost, a draft bill and a draft partial refund, and
so on, and if this mix happens the same day, it is very difficult to
define a clear order. But, considering the above schema, we see that
the order does matter (switch BILL02 and BILL03, the remaining
values of SVL01 and SVL02 will not be the same)
-> So, we also need a way to order the links between account move lines
and stock valuation layers.
Now, about the solution.
First, a **disclaimer**: We are in stable, we are limited by the stable
policy, and we can't let the above use cases unresolved. So, we took
some decisions to fix them and to repesct all the constraints we had.
**This is clearly a (big) patch, it should be considered as such and
will be replaced by a cleaner/better solution on master as soon as
possible**.
About the link between SVL and AML, we had the possibility to create
a new model in a new module. But this would have decreased the
impact of the fix deployment, would have created some
complications for support (different behaviours depending on whether
the module is installed or not) and would have make testing more
complicated (again, different behaviours depending on whether the
module is installed or not).
This is the reason why we decided to "replay the receipts and the
bills". That way, we know which layer is impacted by which invoices,
and vice versa. And, to set the order between all of them:
- For the layers, we use their `create_date`
- For the bills, we use a hack: each time an account move is posted,
because its state is tracked, a tracking value is posted on the
chatter, and this tracking value has a `create_date` (remind the
constraints explained above and the disclaimer...)

Some SMTP configuration can be used for many domains names. E.G.,
our own SMTP configuration can be used for both "mail.odoo.com" and
"odoo.com". So we want to be able to set a list of allowed domains

HTML fields that appear in the front-end can be modified using the
website editor. Some of them are sanitized in a way that breaks the
behavior of snippets that can be dropped within them.
This commit adapts the sanitization of those HTML fields so that the
snippets behave as expected.

This commit simply makes the account tax groups tour compatible with
odoo enterprise even without the accounting app installed.
