This commit allow users to set up different colors for both
the live chat button for website visitors and the chat window
once the live chat button has been clicked. For both, the header
background color and the text color can be set up.

Since there is now a possibility for the user to ask a copy of the conversation,
livechat window should not be closed after feedback, to let the user choose to
receive a copy.
The behaviour was no aligned between positive and neutral/negative feedback.
Before, when sending a positive rating, the rating was not sent as a message on the channel
and the window didn't close.
But for neutral/negative feedback, the window was sending the rating as a message on the channel
but the chatter closed immediately.
Now, the rating is sent as a message for any type of rating.
If this is a neutral / negative rating, the reason field appears.
After sending the reason, the window stays opened.

Applies various improvements:
- Remove welcome message if chat request usecase.
- If a visitor is online: line is green / if offline: line is red (in the list view)
- Visitors list view: add first / last connection fields and remove time_since_last_action
- Avoid useless leave notification if the livechat channel is empty
Fix
- ACLS on website_visitor_page model (for im_livechat_group_user)
- ACLS on website_visitor and website_visitor_page model (for sales_team.group_sale_salesman)
- Update visitor lang if visitor change the website lang.
- Create visitor twice when translated website (due to rerouting)
- Avatar for visitor banner in discuss. (image_64 instead of old image_small)

Before this commit, when using website livechat with multiple tabs,
it may duplicate messages in the chat window.
This happens due to registering messages twice:
- once, from `/mail/chat_history`
- second, from receiving notification from master tab, via local
storage.
This commit fixes the issue by not registering messages that have
already been registered (i.e. unique ID).

What was going on here is that when the operator start the discussion with the visitor
and the visitor navigates to a new page, the livechat button widget checks the
cookie and see there is already a active conversation.
It loads the mail_channel and write all the history of the conversation.
So the first message is writting a first time.
Then, it handles the notifications. As the visitor did not receive the
first message notification yet, the first message notification comes up
and the widget handle it. Adding the message a second time.
To avoid this, we just stop the notification handling
if the message is already present in the conversation.

In the context of a livechat session, a placeholder that looks like a
person is better than a generic "missing picture" one, when the user has
no public avatar.
In order to allow a different placeholder without exposing a public
placeholder parameter, a separate route is introduced for the
purpose of displaying user avatars:
/web/partner_image/<id>/<field>/<model>
and can be simplified to:
/web/partner_image/<id> for loading a partner avatar (`image_small`).
The common part of the /web/image route was moved into a helper
function that is not directly exposed.

Purpose
=======
If a visitor comes on the website and launches a livechat, it will be randomly assigned operator A.
If he comes the next day and opens a livechat again, we want him to have the same operator if he's available.
To handle that use case, we added a cookie that stores the "previous operator id" information for 7 days.
Before this commit, when opening a website livechat window,
it crashed with the following error message in the dev tools:
```
Cannot read property 'html' of `undefined`
```
The problem was caused by the rendering of the chat window header
before the chat window widget is even mounted in the DOM. This error
has been introduced by the migration from jQuery 1.12 to 3, in which
most occurrences of `$.Deferred` have been turned into `Promise` [1].
`Widget.appendTo()` returns a `Promise` (was `$.Deferred` before).
A `Promise` is always asynchronous, whereas a `$.Deferred` with
jQuery 1.12 may be either synchronous or asynchronous. In the case
of the website livechat window, the implementation with `$.Deferred`
was always synchronous, which is no longer the case now.

The Live chat history was taking too much space and was hard to read.
The goal here is to display more information on the screen.
The pictures and padding are then reduced.
Note that kanban view is not a solution in long term.
At it does not allow to squash messages per user (if consecutive
messages from same user at close interval of time).
As the thread widget will be reviewed by discuss team in a
near future, we keep this at the moment and will integrate the
new thread widget later, mainly to be able to squash the messages.

Revision on https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/a669d89565ad9904d07886b00665e3940ce04665
The commit above changed the template of the Discuss app in order
to add some features, such as the channel "quick search".
The livechat module extends Discuss app to support livechats. However,
the commit above didn't update it correctly. As a result, pinned
livechats were not shown in the sidebar.
This commit fixes the issue, so pinned livechats should now always
be visible in the sidebar.

** after **
In chat windows, animated '...' next to conversation name.
In Discuss, animated '...' next to conversation name in sidebar,
and text below the composer.

To avoid that people know the complete name of the support members
(for privacy purpose), a username can be used.
Users have the opportunity to set and modify their username in
their user preferences.
If the username is not set, the complete name will still be used.
If the username is set, it is used for the discussion title, the
name of the message sender, the name of the team members in the
channel statistics. All of this, only in the livechat context.

This commit adds more precision about ratings per operators for a
specific channel. Only the operators that have been rated on the last 100
feedbacks have their statistics displayed. The other operators that did not
worked (or have not been rated) on the last 100 feedbacks are still displayed
but are flaged as 'Not rated yet', so we still can see who is working on this
channel.

This rev. introduces robust helpers to use in the JS tests suite to
interact with DOM and components, and starts using them (almost)
everywhere.
All the helpers are exposed though testUtils.js.
There are 2 kinds of helpers:
1. Assertions
-------------
* assert.containsNone, containsN, containsOnce check that the DOM
(or a specific part of the DOM) contains a `selector`. It
generates a correct error message automatically.
ex: assert.strictEqual(form.$('.o_form_editable'), 1, "msg");
-> assert.containsOnce(form, '.o_form_editable');
* assert.isVisible, isNotVisible check that the DOM has an element
visible or not. They also check that the element is actually in
the DOM (before most tests didn't verify this).
* assert.hasClass, doesNotHaveClass, hasAttrVAlue, check specific
properties of a DOM element, and also validate that it is
applied on a single existing DOM element (before most tests
didn't verify this).
ex: assert.notOk(form.$('button').hasClass('btn-primary'));
-> assert.doesNotHaveClass(form.$('button'), 'btn-primary');
2. Utilities
------------
The goal of the utilities is to centralize the definition of many
standard components and interactions, ensuring that when we
refactor the JS framework, we do not need to change all the tests.
Existing mock utilities (addMockEnvironment, intercept, path,
patchDate, unpatch and fieldsViewGet) are moved to
'testUtils.mock.*'.
Existing DOM utilities are moved to 'testUtils.dom.*'.
New dom utilities are created for opendDatePicker, click,
clickFirst and clickLast. Helper `click` verifies that there is
exactly 1 element visible in the DOM you click on, `clickFirst`
and `clickLast` verify that there are more than one element on the
DOM.
ex: form.$('button').click();
-> testUtils.dom.click(form.$('button'));
New Form utilities: (testUtils.form.*)
clickEdit, clickSave, clickCreate, clickDiscard, all clicks on
the control panel buttons of the form.
`reload` reloads the form data.
New modal, graph, kanban and pivot utils (testUtils.pivot.*,
testUtils.kanban.*, etc.).
New fields utils: (testUtils.fields.*)
* editInput, editSelect: allow to change the value of a field,
using a selector to identify it. They validate that the input
exists and trigger the change event automatically.
* editAndTrigger: allow to modify a field and trigger specific
events after the value change
* many2one (testUtils.fields.many2one.*)
clickOpenDropdown, clickHighlightedItem, clickItem,
searchAndClickItem: use a field name instead of a selector and
do all the complex mechanism to open, filter and highlight
many2one fields.
Joint work with aab, dam, ged, mge, svs and vsc.
More and more people are using the Live Chat and complaining about it
because it's not user friendly. This commit modifies a bit the design
of the form and list view without changing the functionnality
Improves im_livechat.channel kanban cards
Improves the channel form view:
Introduce tabs to manage the different aspect of the channel :
Operators, Options, Widget, Rules
Improves the session tree view:
Sort by date desc, adds the number of messages per session
and replace the rating last value by his corresponding icon.
Improves livechat session form view:
Introduce a kanban view that list all the messages of the session
Improves livechat session rating view:
For congruence inside the module, renaming 'Resource' group By filter
into 'Code' as the rating resource_name in this case is the same as
the session code. So we use the same terms in this view and in reports

Before this commit, only thread windows in the backend had the
method `getID`. However, it should also be the case for the thread
windows in the frontend (website livechat), as the template of any
thread window makes use of this method.
With this commit, most threads show an indicator when a member is typing
something. e.g.
"Mitchell Stephens is typing..."
Supported threads:
- DM
- (public & private) channels
- Livechat (Website & Backend)
Unsupported threads:
- mailboxes (e.g. 'Inbox')
- document thread (= 'Chatter')
- support channel (with `im_support` module)
Some technical details:
- This is a mix between 'start'/'stop' and 'regular notify' strategies.
- On typing text in composer: notify 'start typing' to all members of
thread.
- On clearing text in composer: notify 'stop typing' to all members of
thread.
- A member can only notify once every 2.5 seconds to the server when he
starts or stops typing something (throttled, buffered notify call).
- On receiving a message from someone that is typing: determine that he is
no longer typing.
- On non-empty and unchanged composer text for 5.0 seconds: automatically
notifies all members of thread that he is no longer typing anything.
(This is like a 'soft / cooperative sender' timeout).
- On non-receiving a typing notification of someone after 60 seconds:
determine that he is not longer typing something (This is like a
'hard / receiver assumption' timeout).
- When some types for more than 50 seconds straight: notify that he is
still typing something (again and again every 50 seconds).
- When two or more people are typing something (Multi-User channels), it
displays at most 2 typing users (ordering rule: longer typers first):
"Mitchell Stephens, Marc Brown and more are typing..."
- Timing summary:
- Usually 2.5 seconds uncertainty.
- Up to 5.0 seconds uncertainty on typer inactivity.
- Up to 60 seconds uncertainty on typer page reload / browser tab
closed / etc.
Future Improvements:
- Detect page reload or browser tab close with loose of longpolling
connection

This commit makes a lot of small improvements of the JS of mail and
related modules.
A. Mail Manager
---------------
im_support:
- [REF] Slightly more robust way to determine a support
message, so that it more reliably falls back on
default kind of message (i.e. support channel UUID
should be clearly set).
mail:
- [REF] Improved method names for readability purposes.
Some examples:
- `fetchFromServer` becomes `fetchMailStateFromServer`
- `_initialize{*}` becomes `_update{*}FromServer`
- `_isModerator` becomes `_isMyselfModerator`
- [REF] Use 'template' pattern design to make Include on
Mail Manager much more robust. In particular,
the flow is always as follow:
1. Initialize internal state.
2. Listen on buses.
3. Fetch mail data from server.
- [REF] Improved workflow for thread window workflow
(Shorter & more readable).
B. Mail Tests
-------------
- [REF] Thread Window Tests crashes with clean message when
there are some thread windows open before running the
tests.
C. (Model) Message
------------------
- [REF] Improved method names for readability purposes
(e.g. `isAuthor` becomes `isMyselfAuthor`).
D. (Model) Thread
-----------------
- [REF] Improved `init` parameters on each kind of thread.
- [REF] 'Thread With Cache' has been renamed to 'Searchable
Thread': it embraces all kinds of threads that can
be used with the search view.
- [REF] 'DM' has been renamed to 'DM Chat' (for clarity).
- [IMP] New Livechat model in the backend.
- [REF] No more direct instances of the Channel class: public
and private channels are now 'Multi-User' channels,
while DM Chat and Livechat are 'Two-User' channels:
This change has been made so that instances of classes
always have direct classes as "leaf" in the Class
modeling. It eases making changes to a certain model
without being too constrained by another model.
- [REF] As a consequence of above changed, the method `isChat`
has been renamed to `isTwoUserThread`.
This is to avoid confusion with the terminology
'chat', which is more like a shortcut for 'quick real-
time conversation'. In other words, the property of
'chat' depends of the way to interact on a thread, not
of the intrinsic type of the thread.
Still, some parts have kept the terminology 'chat',
such as in the systray messagin menu.
- [IMP] Added `message_added` and `message_posted` hooks,
which may be useful to easily hook on those events.
E. Thread Widget
----------------
- [REF] Now uses a `mail.model.AbstractThread` for the
rendering of a thread, instead of a list of
`{mail.model.AbstractMessage}`.
- [FIX] Stick thread scroll height to bottom on new rendering,
if it was previously at the bottom of the thread.
- [REF] Option ORDER has its meaning changed: it now refers
to the chronological order of messages in the thread,
in which DESC means 'from top to bottom', while ASC
means 'from bottom to top'.
- [REF] Improved doc on templates, in particular with the
option `ORDER`.
F. Thread Window
----------------
- [REF] Moved more logic to thread windows, which were
previously in Mail Window Manager.
- [REF] Now hides the thread widget attribute. So instead of
`threadWindow.threadWidget.isAtBottom()`, it uses
`threadWindow.isAtBottom()`.
- [FIX] New received messages when not having focus on Odoo
tab should always make the corresponding thread
windows "passive" (i.e. windows that keep threads
unread until click on them).
- [FIX] Blank thread window (i.e. 'New message' TW) correctly
opens Discuss with 'Inbox' when clicking on 'Expand'
Button in the title
- [FIX] Do not display the composer for channels with property
'mass-mailing' set in thread windows.
G. (Website) Livechat
---------------------
- [REF] Some `trigger` have been turned into `trigger_up`.
- [REF] Some logic has been moved to models (e.g.
`{im_livechat.model.WebsiteLivechat}`), from
`{im_livechat.im_livechat.LivechatButton}`.
- [FIX] New messages should be received in real-time. The
longpolling was broken with a recent refactoring on
bus service (6448420c5d).

The direction parameter will now have a real impact on the web interface and
completly switch the direction of the interface.
Add the dependency rtlcss to switch the direction with a css postprocessor.
Two different assets will be generated for ltr or rtl
/web/content/<...>/web.assets_backend.0.css
and
/web/content/<...>/rtl/web.assets_backend.0.css
to be able to differentiate it easily
Adapt the css and views to be easier to switch direction
Render graph as it is, do not move y-axis right side, as per mathematical rule
value goes left from origin are considered negative, so keep graph as it is
for right to left language
add test cases for language direction specific assets bundle
if language direction is rtl then we also store css files in assets bundle
now we store two assets bundle, one for ltr and one for rtl language direction
test two assets bundles generated, also test two assets bundle generated for en_US and ar_SY
The purpose of this change is to make the code clearer and testable.
In this change, the 'tab_manager' static object was merged with the bus
cross tab.
Cleaning was done to clearly define private and public functions as well
as handlers. The methods are documented and the constants are now defined
on the class. The bus use the service behavior with 'trigger_up'.
'bus.CrossTab' who extend 'bus.Longpolling' are instantiated by the
bus service.
The class is always instantiated with a parent, or root in the case of the website
(im_livechat), to use the ajax and localstorage services. So the behavior, perhaps
logger or redefined by the parents.
Several applications have an index.html file that is used to fill the html
description of the module. However those descriptions are generally not
up to date: they contain outdated screenshots, feature descriptions are
not maintained, ...
Instead we just rely on the discover button that redirects on the application
website. It has more chance being up to date. Moreover updating a website
is easier than updating the index.html of a module.
This commit is related to task ID 47179 and 1861544. Related PR are #22689
and #25556. First one is about classic applications while second one is about
website applications.

Odoo used to declare two main colors: primary and optional (which are
purple and turquoise in enterprise). Those were respectively assigned
to the 'primary' bootstrap variable and the 'btn-primary' bootstrap
variable.
BS4, however, does not allow to have a different primary color for
buttons. Instead, the 'primary' color is used for all 'primary' related
components and utility classes, same as for all other colors. So, if we
want to keep our enterprise buttons green, our 'optional' colors had to
become our 'primary' color. The old odoo primary is then renamed to the
'odoo' color.
The palette of grays is now larger by default and is numbered from 100 to
900 alongside the $black and $white variables. The equivalence for older
variables and the way we used them is:
$gray-darker -> gray 900 (unused before)
$gray-dark -> gray 900
$gray -> gray 700
$gray-light -> gray 600
$gray-lighter-darker -> gray 400 (the old variable was created by us)
$gray-lighter-dark -> gray 300 (the old variable was created by us)
$gray-lighter -> gray 200
Fortunately, the 'lighter' variations we created fit well in the default
BS4 system ! Unfortunately, our $gray-lighter which carried the same
function as $gray-200 (see above) is very close to the new default
$gray-100 and quite distant from the new $gray-200. This will be handled
in the next commit.
