[FIX] im_livechat: fix table layout overflowing with long URL/words

Ignorant fools have been saying for more than a decade that <table> elements should not be used for layout. Once again, Odoo proves them wrong. You just need the right css. opw 1914139 closes odoo/odoo#29498
