When the mrp_routing_workcenter table is big, the domain
[routing_line_ids, =, []] in the workcenter FormView can
lead to significant slowness. This comes from
the ORM having to retrieve the mrp_routing_workcenter
records in the read.
To avoid such issue, adds a new boolean computed field
to check if a given workcenter has Operations.

During a refactoring [1], the behavior of having the taxes included in
the price for all expenses was broken/removed.
All the fields related to taxes are computed should be computed with the
correct context key when computing entries related to expenses. This is
preferred to adding the context key only when creating because it will
then keep the behavior even when editing the document.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses
Currently due to the wrong condition the invisible field in the form is getting
the required field attribute and thus user is not able to do any changes in the
form view.
Steps to reproduce
* Create a forum, from Elearning -> Forum -> Forums
* Now go to course menu: elearning -> Courses -> Courses
* Open any existing record or create new one
* In the options tab of the courses, there is field Forum,
* Set the newly created forum here(from step 1)
* Go back to forum menu and open the forum we created before
* Try editing in the form and try to save the record, it will show required
field warning for invisible field
This is due to wrong required attribute set for the field. The issue exists
from version 14 but the end users is not affected as required wont work with
radio widget in 14 and 15.

Swaziland was renamed to Eswatini in 2018. Time to update naming in Odoo.
We choose to make it in 16 as
* it is the newest stable, not much people are using it in production, aka
most people will have the updated name;
* there is no need to rename it for all production databases previously

Mass mailing has a wizard to import contacts from a text input. It currently
crashes when trying to import a void field, while it should not.
We fix that by two means
* make field required in view (as model cannot be modified);
* while it is not updated, simply consider a void input should not crash and
is considered as an input without valid input found;

Before this commit, accessing parent in a button context broke the button
throwing `EvaluationError: Name 'parent' is not defined`.

The import feature is using a `=` as the operator.
To reproduce:
Import a file like this

In this case, the ORM would look for a tax with the name equal to `2%1`
instead of `21%`.
This of course valid for any other way of using the equality operator in
the domain.

To reproduce, import and invoice containing one line with a tax of
i.e. `21%` on it.
Because the message is recursively expanded to follow the relation of
the field, the interpolation symbol needs to be escaped every time.
Otherwise the message will contain something like
> No matching record found for name '21%' in field '%(field)s/Taxes'
Where `'21%'` will try to be mistakenly interpolated.

As in odoo#97378, the css isn't correctly applied to the extended
`upgrade_boolean` field.
Since its class is automatically set to `o_field_upgrade_boolean`, it
doesn't take the modifications made to `o_field_boolean`.
So we add `o_field_boolean` to its additionnalClasses.

This commit purpose is to fix the navigation in the project portal. When
a project is shared, the user can access all tasks of the project
from the project portal page, but when he select one task, he can not navigate from one task to another with
the previous and next button on the right of the header.

**Issue:**
When a group contains more than 10k items, its pager only shows
10k as limit, even if the group already knows it's total count.
**Solution:**
We now allow creation of `DynamicRecordList` with 'countLimit' as
one of the params. It will be used in the instantiation of the
class but will default to WEB_SEARCH_READ_COUNT_LIMIT if not
provided. This way, pager's limit will be properly set to the
group's count.

In the PR #97692, writing empty str `''` to a model term field no longer removes
all translations. Instead, only the translation for the current language is set
to empty str `''`.
Before this fix, if a web user sets a translation to emtpy str, and reopens
the translation dialog, the translation will be reverted to the 'en_US' value
which is wrong.

Before this commit, the arrows in the daterange picker to switch months
wasn't correctly displayed in light mode.
This visual bug was introduced due to styling changes made for
the dark-mode.
This commit fixes this.

As of now, if a user clicks on the "Save & New" button while the form is
not valid, it will disable all buttons without any options to make them
enabled again. The only solution then is to close the form and re-open
it.
Steps to reproduce:
Inventory -> Configuration -> Route -> Select any route -> Add a line to
the rules.
As soon as you click on the "Save & New" button and the form isn't
valid, you can't use any buttons anymore.

Steps to reproduce:
- Install `l10n_ar_website_sale` module
- Go to shop (Argentinian website) and add a product to cart
- Open cart and click on checkout
- Click on Customize and disable `Show b2b fields` feature
Issue:
Fields are no more displayed.
Cause:
Since the b2b fields template (`address_b2b`) is customizable (meaning
it can be enabled/disabled), it is possible for all countries to
display/hide the b2b fields, but for some countries (for example
Argentina) it should not; the b2b fields should always be displayed.
Solution:
Add a method (`_display_partner_b2b_fields`) on website model to know
if b2b fields should be displayed: return True if `address_b2b` view
is active on current website or if the company (based on the country)
must display them.
Move content (b2b fields; vat and company name fields) of view
`address_b2b` in `address` main view and let the `address_b2b` only be
used as switch to display or hide the b2b fields.
Add a condition in `address` view to display b2b fields only if the
method `_display_partner_b2b_fields` returns `True`

Steps to reproduce:
There is no possibility to reproduce it in test mode
But the flow would be:
- create a company with a NIF not registered
- Set up the EDI invoice
- Create an invoice
Issue:
When the NIF is not registered, is is possible to use it. It will only create an error `approbado con errores` which is apparently fine
Solution:
Whenever the server sent us an '1117' error code, we call again the post_invoice with a new context so we are able to send the request with the right information; that is, the correct ID Type whenever a NIF is not registered.
Indeed, whenever the error code is related to the NIF, is is possible to send again a request without having the invoice defined as "duplicated". It will only go through the process "AceptadoConErrores".
