Vo Minh Thu 680214c47e [FIX] tools.translate: when loading entries from a PO file, use also the POT. 
On Launchpad, as commented on bug 933496, PO entries (and their comments) are
shared between series. This mean that e.g. the 7.0 series can have the wrong
`reference` comments (those beginning with #:) as they would be copied from say
the trunk series. Those `reference` comments are used to import translations
and look them up.

This patch adds a few lines of code to tools.translate so that targets
defined in the POT `reference` comments are used in addition to those from the
PO file.

Also adds a test module to validate the new behavior.

Vo Minh Thu 7786d96095 [FIX] ir_ui_view: restore the inheritance mechanism for model-specific inheritance: 
A view for a given model can inherit from a root view specified for
another model. When applying the modifying views to the root view,
only the views with the same model as the child view must be
considered. This patch restore that behavior.

Vo Minh Thu 23d672dfc3 [MERGE] reports: make it possible to use only XML declaration, even with custom parsers. 
This makes report registration more uniform, and report rendering be possible
through the ORM (and thus the model service, instead of the report service).

To register a report, always use the database, i.e. a <report> tag within an
XML file. The custom parser, if any, will be specified in the database.
Previously specify a custom parser, the report was declared in Python.

Each model exposes a print_report() method, which will take the report name (as
many report can be defined on a single model) in argument.
