Adds the possibility to give formatLang() a 'rounding_mode' (any Decimal rounding mode)
and an amount_rounding ('decimals', 'units', 'thousands', 'millions' and 'lakhs').
'amount_rounding' will display the amount in the given unit. For example, 10456 in 'thousands' will be 10.

The anglo saxon accounting was set in the wrong field.
It should be set in the field 'anglo_saxon_accounting' on the company
and not 'use_anglo_saxon' on the configs.

This commit is part of the refactoring and improvement of the html and css of account_reports (enterprise).
Here we:
- Remove blank_if_zero default value of True, it is now False by default. The zeros are now shown in a muted gray color.
- As we had a level of hierarchy 0 that allows for some further styling we needed to adapt _compute_hierarchy_level to take it into account when calculating the increase level. So if the level is 0 or 1, the child will have a level of 3 either way.
- Removed some UPPERCASE column styling.

Problem :
* updating an invoice line on mobile would result in an incorrect untaxed amount, tax amount and total amount on the invoice and an incorrect entries in the journal items
* subtotal of invoice line was not showing in mobile view
Solution :
* the problem was that debit and credit fields were missing from the view so onchange were not trigger
