Julien Thewys 6a11b89e17 [FIX] ensures no illegitimate cli argument is silently discarded 
This avoids an insidious behavior: when copy-pasting a command from a
Microsoft document to the cmd terminal, one might not see that a hyphen ('-')
preceding an option has been converted to a dash (u'\u2012') which is then
interpreted as a normal cli argument (i.e. not an option) and thus silently
discarded.

Julien Thewys 7e9b439c1c [FIX] socket: avoids interaction between Nagle and delayed ACK algorithm. 
By default, ACK delay is 200ms on Windows which terribly slows down
conversations between client and server (when deployed on different machines).

To avoid any slow down, TCP_NODELAY should be enabled on clients' socket too.

Julien Thewys f29491458b [ADD] Tests declared in 'test' section of __terp__ are rolled back at the end of the module processing. 
[FIX] Removed an unnecessary commit in ir_sequence.get_id (replaced by SELECT ... FOR UPDATE NOWAIT):
        commit was actually breaking the test rollback behaviour.

Julien Thewys 0eb45de95c [FIX] Removed ANSI output in logging level. 
ANSI output changed the builtin log level name.  This actually broke tests as we
rely on the log level name for assertion report.  See comments for indications

Julien Thewys be6c3b80e6 [FIX] Do not rollback failing tests for the moment: 
XML and YAML files are all loaded in the same transaction.
We should add a section for tests in __terp__ and load each test file
in its own transaction so that:
- they are independent from each other,
- failing tests can safely be rolled back,
- all tests can still be run in one pass.
