In the currencies list view, the current rate and inverse rate were swapped.
Their strings were also changed to match the string in the form view.
Currency rates were inversed in the currencies list view.

Steuernummer was being validated at tax report xml generation. The check was moved to the company form view.
Moreover, the field was set visible in the company form view for multivat.
It should be a constraint raising when trying to set the steuernummer to the company; there is no point in only checking it at XML generation.

Some taxes of skr03 and skr04 were not set for the appropriate tax group.
This was fixed, and each tax was set to its appropriate tax group.
Taxes should not be set with wrong tax groups.
