This commit extracts a method called `_parseElementsFromGS1` to allow
customizations of interpreting the parsed gs1 barcode. It also returns
`customProductOptions` which serves as override for the product options
when adding a product to the order.

If you are using a locale that uses "," as decimal_point and "." as
thousand_seps the parseFloat around formatFloat is not parsing correctly
the float because the parseFloat is not locale-based but uses always the
"." as decimal point. example: in Italy the thousand separator is ".".
parseFloat("3.000,00000") returns "3" as result but the correct result
is "3000" . It is not necessary to use formatFloat but it is needed

Before this PR:
The only way to neutralize the database is running cli command neutralize
After this PR:
There is a new checkbox "neutralize database" in Duplicate database and Restore database dialog that neutralize the database after duplication/restore.
I also moved the neutralization code to the external module so it can be called also outside the cli .

Reserved quantity 3
Available quantity 1
If i do a stock move of 2 pieces, it will unreserve ALL the stock move of the product.
With this PR it will unreserve only the pieces that are required minus the available quantity not reserved , in this case 2 (new stock move) - 1 (available quantity) = 1
