[IMP] account: hide the readonly group

The recently added group "Show Full Accounting Features - Readonly" was
shown in the selection of groups of accounting, but the "Show Full
Accounting Feature" wasn't. It was inconsistent and allowed to see the
features too easily (not debug mode needed)

closes odoo/odoo#45419
