[IMP] hr_timesheet: use the approver word instead of manager in timesheet

In this commit, the approver word is used instead of a manager because someone
else approves the timesheet.

Technical:

Modified the field name and some strings.
-reminder_manager_allow -> reminder_approver_allow
-manager -> approver
