[FIX] l10n_in_stock: wrong xpath

The xpath references a span that doesn't exist anymore since https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/ddf2b21bdf38492ce075d4ae96bb9323c6ef59dd

It has been introduce in https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/2b3c8e6ca9777f6264ecb3d1510dd292ed30ab9f
