[IMP] hr: make working calendar required on employee view

When trying to save an employee without working calendar, we get an error message, since the resource_calendar_id of the related resource object is required. To have a better error setting the field required on view is more explicit. We don't want to set it directly on the field as it is a related stored field, to avoid recompute problem.
