[FIX] product: make the new group invisible

Since https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/acace4d8c3caca5f38eb6d6e603a1133329b4ccc a new empty group was added to the product form view. The problem is that this group is always visible while its content is only visible when having group_product_pricelist hence showing a blank space in the form view.
