[IMP] mail: replace hard-coded values by SCSS variables

Clean up pass towards using bootstrap in template, not all hard-coded values are
converted yet but those have been done:

 - `width/height: 100%` by `map-get($sizes, 100)`
 - `margin/padding` with hard coded value with `map-get($spacers, X)`
 - `border: 1px` by `$border-width`
 - hard-coded black and white by `$black`/`$white`
 - hard-coded `border-radius: 50%` by `@extend .rounded-circle;`
