[IMP] l10n_pe_edi: add RUC as a parameter for identification type

As users find it odd to have the RUC(Registro Único de Contribuyentes) labeled as VAT(from odoo),
so we are going to add the RUC itself to display the right name for users in Peru

closes odoo/odoo#53366
