[FIX] website: hide horizontal scrollbar in hamburger menu

Before this commit, when a vertical scrollbar appeared in the collapse
navbar menu, the horizontal scrollbar also appeared.

We added overflow-x hidden on navbar and navbar-collapse for never
again display this horizontal scrollbar.
