[IMP] l10n_it_stock_ddt: update module name

before this commit, the name given for the module is same as its technical name. after this commit, clean module name will be added to l10n_it_stock_ddt. closes odoo/odoo#110743 Signed-off-by: William André (wan) <wan@odoo.com>
