[FIX] account_check_printing: Wrong payment currency symbol

Steps to reproduce:

- Let's consider a company C in $
- Create a ventdor bill VB of 100$
- Validate VB and register a payment with a check in €
- Print the check

Bug:

The symbol of the currency of the payment was $ instead of €
