[FIX] stock: portal user can see pack operations

Have a delivery for a client, with pack operations
Connect on this user's portal

Go on the SO and then on the delivery

Before this commit, there was an Error 500
because access to fields of pack_operations was forbidden

After this commit, the report downloads well
