[FIX] l10n_eg_edi_eta: Remove auto-install

The auto-install has wrongly been introduced by:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/2d2faafb744abdb09f199ab85f11d317ee1d065e

l10n_es_edi_sii has already been fixed by:
https://github.com/odoo-dev/odoo/commit/02f72d6a2ee73e844537e27594d02c9533954d26
