[FIX] l10n_sa_pos: add receipt header data

After the recent changes (commit d149b8a) in the `OrderReceipt`, we have to adapt the `l10n_sa_pos` module. In this commit we add the necessary code. closes odoo/odoo#139208 Signed-off-by: Robin Heinz (rhe) <rhe@odoo.com>
