[IMP] crm_reveal : relabeling menu and change the 'help' tooltip

Purpose of Task is to relabeling of various settings and button to be consistent with other view.
  -- change menu 'Lead Generation' to 'Visits to Leads' for crm.reveal.rule
  -- change help tooltip 'Create a conversion rule.' & 'Create rules to generate B2B leads/opportunities from your website visitors.'
