[FIX] project: fix recurrence boolean should be hidden issue

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses:
In project module, when sub-tasks is created then recurrence boolean field
should not be visible in that task. It only visible in parent tasks.

Current behavior before PR:
recurrence field is visible in sub-tasks.

Desired behavior after PR is merged:
recurrence field is not visible in sub-tasks.
