[FIX] l10n_ar: Customer address added twice on the printed invoice

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses:
The customer's address is added twice in the printed invoice report but it only has to be shown only one time in the printed invoice.

Current behavior before PR:
The customer's address is added twice in the printed invoice report

Desired behavior after PR is merged:
The customer's address is added only one time in the printed invoice report

closes odoo/odoo#114874
