[IMP] mail: add form view for mail.guest model

before this commit, there is no form view defined for the mail.guest model and on accessing these record from Guests menu under the settings, is returning odoo generated form view.

after this commit, clean form view will be displayed on accessing the Guest menu.

closes odoo/odoo#109826
