[FIX] website: 'parallax', prevent parallax disappear

The inner ’.s_parallax_bg’ element has a negative z-index value to be rendered behind any other inner content. This may cause the element disappear, because z-index is evaluated on the entire page. This commit will restrict the ’s_parallax_bg’ behaviour at snippet level, assigning a z-order to the container too.
