[DEL] hr_attendance_presence (remnant)

https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/f6fdde96bddfedf8764cd8a73089e44340d476ae deleted the module, but https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/e9d989827686d1089c1ea1c9a6b47b62a09e2de4 added a remnant due to a bad rebase.
