[FIX] account: don't change the payment date

This line seems to have been copied from before the refactoring https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/caeb782841fc5a7ad71a196e2c9ee67644ef9074 It didn't work at first: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/ea3e39506a2b360545ec0cd1d3235e69ad16ea6c It conflicted with the new constraint for matching the date with the move name `_constrains_date_sequence` on `sequence.mixin`, and was right to conflict. closes odoo/odoo#61465 X-original-commit: 1aa0404966c6abc89d68a5118c2742de9e6b617b Signed-off-by: wan <william-andre@users.noreply.github.com>
