[FIX] point_of_sale: Maintain IoT versioning compatibility

with this commit ce0700ce401523267b5a8bd5665a368cfea24912
we lose the compatibility with olders version of Odoo

So we keep the vesion of IoT box in the same place
for olders version of Odoo

closes odoo/odoo#54242
