[FIX] web_editor: correct invalid link notification

Before this commit:

Clicking on invalid link results in a blank and bizarre notification because
we are accessing wrong parameter in wysiwyg.js.

After this commit:

After correcting parameters clicking on an invalid link triggers a notification
displaying an invalid URL message.
