[IMP] web: slightly change command palette' scss

Purpose:
========
Knowledge's command palette layout is standardized so that its layout
matches the one of the standard command palette. Therefore,
"o_command_left" is not used anymore and its style is removed. 
Fix a small typo: ".test-ellipsis" to ".text-ellipsis".
