[FIX] website_payment: fix Stripe Connect onbarding

Before this commit, the payment journal could be not set when starting
Stripe Connect onboarding from the settings of Website.

Now, the payment journal will be set, even if the onboarding was started
from the settings of Website.

closes odoo/odoo#104387
